After graduating from UCLA in 1989, PDS Founder, President, and CEO, Stephen Thorne found himself in a tough job market and started working at his fathers Victorville, Calif. dental practice. My father asked me to put a computer system into his practice, and since I was pretty good with a computer, he asked me to computerize his practice, Thorne said.
Thorne continued to work for his father, learning the ins-and-outs of dental administration and helping grow the practice from one to five. In 1993, Thorne set out on his own, with a new idea and a vision to create The Greatest Dental Company in America.
From office managers to benefits coordinators to receptionists, practice support roles are the backbone of the practice and play a key role in driving growth, increasing revenue, and creating healthier, happier patients.

After almost a year of not going to the dentist due to all the Covid-19 situation, I had my first appointment at this dental office location. I truly couldn't be happier with the service! The staff is amazing, and really care about providing quality customer service. They take great care, with all the extra measures to make it a safe environment. Everything is super clean and very well organized. Despite my last minute request to change my appointment time, they were able to accommodate me and had me out in a heart beat! Special thanks to Francisco, who helped getting my X-rays taken in a fly, and Aaron in the front, who was also super kind. Everyone was was very attentive. I don't typically enjoy going to the dentist, specially during these times, but I would definitely recommend this location to everyone. :) Thanks again and see you soon!
