I went in just to drop off my referral slip that I was given from a different dental office and when I went in there the receptionist came off rude so I ignored it thjnking it was just me but then she was still rude and very short with me but i couldnt hear what she was saying so i kept asking her to repeat it, I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but I don't even want to even get worked done here any more because that just made me feel very uncomfortable, I was on the phone reading a work email and I didn't hear what she said and I finally heard her and I said I'm sorry and she rolled her eyes at me they need to work on their customer service skills were there facial reactions

This dentist is absolutely amazing!! I recommend them. And dr. Chan is an amazing dentist. They really helped my husband!!

Very bad customer service the receptionist have attitude for no reason no one greet you when you walk in they let you stand there also there is a hour and 30 minute wait after you clock in and you have to sit outside in your own car and wait for them to call you inside I wouldn't recommend this dentist office to my worst enemy these people are horrible
