Demandforce is committed to giving back in the community where we work. Our volunteer and giving program, Demandforce Cares, was established in 2011 and empowers employees to volunteer their time with our partners in the community and donate to causes affecting our employees and community. Our partner organizations include Glide, Project Homeless Connect, the Ronald McDonald House, Blood Centers of the Pacific, Project Open Hand and Urban Sprouts.

I have been under Pacific Dental Group for years. The whole team are absolutely outstanding. They have always put my interest first and always explains what options I should consider when something arises from the regular checkups. Highly recommend Pacific Dental Group to my family and friends.

I was not pleased with this Dental office. I waited a month for an appointment and received a call the day before my appointment to cancel it. The dentist suggested that I go to the dental school in San Francisco, that is not what I wanted to do. I was very disappointed with dental office.

I am very happy with the doctors, dental assistant and office staff that I have seen at this dental office. They always concerned with your comfort and is very informative of the procedures so it reduces my anxiety around dental care. I would highly recommend Pacific Dental Group to my family and friends.

I have never written a negative review for anything, but I will for this one. The dentist said I needed about $5,000 worth of work. I went to UCSF for a second opinion and they said I don't need this. When I told Pacific Dental the dentist told me I couldn't come back there anymore. I was so embarrassed. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before and I'm 80 years old. I wrote the dentist a letter asking him to call but he never did.

My Crown fell off and needed to be re-cemented. I was directed to Dr. Matthew Giang. Neither he, nor his assistant cleaned the crown or my tooth with a alcohol or another disinfectant before reattaching it to my tooth. For this procedure I had to wait for an hour on the chair, while the doctor took care of another patient. I think that the hygiene in this office is at a very low level, as well as respecting one's time. I do not recommend this office!!!

My Crown fell off and needed to be re-cemented. I was directed to Dr. Matthew Giang. Great experience. The staff took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know about my condition, the course of action, and next step. I have scheduled my appointment with Dr. Hue and do not regret changing from my previous dentist to Pacific Dental Group!

They have done a good job caring for my teeth, and referred me to a periodontist and an endodontist when I needed specialized procedures. They work well with the specialists, and I am pleased.

I needed an appointment with Dr. Hue and was told I couldn't' get an appointment for a month if I wanted her, but could gt in earlier if I would see another dentist. I was very specific that I wanted Dr. Hue. I took an appointment that was one month away. When I got there, I was told Dr. Hue was out of the office for a month and got Dr. Morgan instead. Very, very upsetting.
