STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR. First off this place in such an inconvenient locations. You can't find parking. Second the staff had some attitude problems. I went in for a general new patient check up and general cleaning. I got x-rays done, got talked into get two filling, and they proved to fix a small chip on my tooth (which I was very clear that I did NOT want. When I asked why they fixed the chip everyone avoided the question. No wanted to address it. Not a single apology for procedure I did not ask for. They went and put it on my billing. The doctor/dentist that did the procedure was harsh. I felt pain throughout the entire process of the fillings. The cleaning was the fastest cleaning I've ever had, it wasn't even properly done. I'm more upset that no one wanted to address the unwanted procedure and I didn't get single explanation to why or an apology for their misdoing,or miscommunication. I should've left as soon as I got there.

This office goes above and beyond to help me with my dental issues! Always friendly and happy to see me. Dentist is awesome and always fun to see.

Great place that makes you feel right at home & comfortable during your expierence. They cater to cowards! I definitely recommend them & will be using them as my main Dentist Office going forward. Dr. Toosi & his entire staff are AMAZING! I don't even worry about going to the Dentist anymore.

This Dental Office deserves 10 stars! I DEFINITELY recommend this Dental Office! Dr. Julius is the bomb.com, | absolutely LOVE HER! She's my new favorite Dentist for a LIFE!! She was very kind, caring, and genuinely concerned with my oral care. From the time I walked in the door the staff were very kind and professional. The atmosphere in this place from the front office to the back office was serene! I'm a new patient and it took under 10 minutes for them to call my name to be seen. The hygienist Danny was super gentle with my cleaning. I have never experienced such gentleness and thorough cleaning EVER prior to him. He educated me on how to properly brush my teeth with a demonstration and provided an affordable brand to use. The DA's were extremely kind and very informative. The Coordinator was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly providing the most affordable care plan.

No stars I went so they can check if I had any cavities or needed work done. I ended up waiting 2:30 hours the dentist just ended up saying I needed a cleaning and the girl that did the cleaning hurt my gums with the machine that takes the tartar off of your teeth the cleaning lasted less then a minute it was very painful and the next day was worse because I just had pain all day in my gums. It was like she was in a hurry to finish me up. I didn't like it over all but the girls in the front desk are very nice

They were removed in less than 5 minutes without any complications. The receptionists are very attentive and they answer any question without leaving you without any doubt. I cannot speak highly enough about my experiences at Pacific Dental Group. Everyone I come into contact with there has been so incredibly kind and genuine. Typically visiting a dentist office is a cause for dread, but for me, that all melts away once you check in at the front desk. I found a dentist office for life, and I'm incredibly grateful for all the kindness I've been show there.

I went in the first time everything was great doctor tootsie was good and professional after that this guy don't know how to do dentures they fid all loose iv told him about them and he comes up with some excuse that my gums shrink from the first time I went in till the time I got my dentures within less than a month if you plan on getting dentures down there don't do it find another doctor she's too face he tells you one thing or does the other so my rating for this doctor on how he does dentures is maybe a one

I went to this Dentist office today and I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. It is the most painless, and easy experience you will have, staff is very pleasant and helpful the doctor is a magician he is the best, I would definitely recommend this dentist office to everyone.

Was very excited to visist this dentist place, had a lot of great reviews and 4 stars and a half but I quickly realized why it didnt have 5 stars. The staff in the front desk was friendly but the dentist I had seemed like he was in a rush to get in and out, cocky af!!! The lady that came to talk to me about what my insurance covered gave an attitude, like if your not going to pay out of pocket then bye lol Very disappointed!

Dr. Julius is wonderful. She is such a genuinely nice caring dentist and great person in general. She really puts time and energy into getting it right for you. My cavities I got filled didn't hurt at all and she made my cracked broken tooth look perfect. The ladies up front are so nice as well.

When I chipped a part of my tooth on a lobster shell, I took it as a sign to also go for my first semi annual dental cleaning after COVID. Making an appointment was so easy and seamless -Lupe at the front desk was so cheerful and helpful. I was then helped by Lana , the dental assistant. She was quick, efficient, and informative. Probably got more useful dental advice from her in 15 mins then I have in all dental appointments I've had in all my life. Dr. Toossi was an absolute gem. He fixed my chipped tooth so quickly and I looked good as new. He was gentle and very professional. The cleaning was also great. I want to also mention the office was very clean and they followed all covid guidelines. Overall, I had an awesome experience and will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Thank you for an amazing dental experience.

My experience at Pacific Dental Group was hands down the most thoughtful, caring, professional and well rounded experience at a DENTIST OFFICE! I've never felt so happy during a visit to the dentist as I did today. So happy that I could not wait to write a review and applaud this incredible team for their work ethic, and patient care. First and foremost the customer service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the first call setting my appointment, to the reminder call and text, the experience was extremely pleasant. When you walk into the office you are greeting with a warm welcome and smile which solidified the positive experience beforehand. A huge thank you to front desk for your kindness, care, and being an amazing first impression. I can't say enough phenomenal things about Dr. Sam and the team that cared for me during my visit. I appreciate the detailed X-Rays that were taken and going over them with me thoughtfully and answering any questions I had in great detail. I appreciate those qualities in any doctors visit because it makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I was prepped for a crown and got a teeth cleaning. Dr. Sam and his assistant were gentle, and very meticulous about each step taken. I never felt more at ease. I can't believe a visit to the dentist could ever be so peaceful! Thank you to everyone at Pacific Dental Group for doing such a wonderful job. I wish I was seeing Dr. Sam sooner in my life but I'm happy he's caring for my teeth now. This place is the real deal. Walked in for the first time, first time seeing a dentist in around 4 years to be honest! I knew walking in I had some cavities and needed cleaning done. The team, starting with the office, where soo welcoming and open arms! After getting x-rays and everything done, i knew the needle was coming so they can start to drill and fill my cavities in! Before I knew it, Dr Toossi was already starting to drill. Did not even feel the needle go into my mouth whatsoever. Drilling did not hurt either, and filled my cavities with the same color my teeth are. Had my front tooth with some residue on it from braces back when I was a teenager, and he is the only dentist to get rid of that pain free for me even after all of these years! My teeth just do not look amazing, but they feel amazing! It's like that feeling if you have braces for so many years, and you finally are able to take them off and move you le tongue across your teeth for the first time! I will be back every 6 months for more cleaning, and will schedule an appointment when it's time for my wisdom teeth to be pulled as well! I could not be happier, and will be looking forward to my next appointment!!
