My first visit was for a second opinion about cavities that needed to be filled. Turns out I didn't have as many cavities as a prior dentist had stated! - meaning they were going to drill on perfectly good teeth! I'm so glad I found this dentist! They're honest, kind and caring! If you have sensitive teeth; let them know and they'll adjust their techniques for such!

Great staff. Clean office. Uses upscale technology for treatment and communication with the clients. Dr.Ehsan showed true empathy while working on my teeth. They are accommodating, kind, and informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I went in for a crooked and painful wisdom tooth. I was nervous at first but the team here really made me comfortable. I was in and out less than 1 hour. The dentist pulled my tooth in pieces surprisingly I didn't feel a thing. This team is very polite respectful and professional. I recommend them to anyone and everyone Thank you Pacific Dental Group

The customer service at Pacific Dental is out of this world. The Dental hygienist Patrick is so gentle and he puts you at ease with his conversation. Maria, Rosemary, Makayla so friendly and helpful! Then we have the doctors so quick and funny. It feels like you just went and visited a uncle! Love that place!

I really enjoyed my experience here. The entire staff from start to finish was incredible. Rosemary helped me understand financing options and as well helping getting started. Maria was very helpful in communicating with me through every procedure and making me feel comfortable through it all. The dental hygienist helped me understand what he was checking for. Doctor explained every detail of the process and set clear expectations. Definitely will be here for awhile. As you can tell I really appreciate communication and transparency.

I personally love this Dentist! From the front office staff to the back. The staff members are all polite and very welcoming. Their communication and interaction with their patients never fails to achieve my high satisfaction.

Very clean practice! Practicing excellent COVID safety. I recently relocated out of State but will come back every 6 months to see Dr. Pham. He has such a gentle touch. My fear of going to the dentist is no longer a big deal now that I found him. His staff is always willing to work with my busy schedule. Wait time is minimal. My daughter loves him and his staff. We've been going there since she was 4 years old. She is now 18!

I've gone here back in 09 due to insurance have to find some were else but now that my insurance covers I came back I love Their service they are very nice and patient I do recommend coming here

I had scheduled my appointment with this dentist, day of my appointment I was stuck at work due to an unexpected emergency at work. I called them and let them know I was very sorry for the inconvenience but I had to move my appointment to a later time. I thought they were going to be very understanding of my situation but instead I got the complete opposite. Instead the receptionist was very rude and said "can't you come in now? well now I have my hygienist standing around and not do anything since your not going to show up, normally we would charge you for canceling. Don't let it happen again". First of all, I am not going to put my job on the line for a appointment. If I had clearly told her this was an unexpected emergency. I felt so humiliated. That is no way to treat a new patient. When I moved my appointment to a later date , I was expecting them to call or text me a day prior to my appointment but it seems like they did not take me seriously due to my first "cancellation". I will not be recommending this dentist to anyone.

Great dentist and staffs. The place is very clean, the staffs are professional and kinds. The dentist is a upbeat, friendly and funny type, make me feel more at ease while under the scary dental drilling machine... My whole family has been using Dr Giai Pham for the last twenty years and we always happy with his services.He did such a good job that we hardly have to see him through the years...I strongly recommend my friends and relatives to see Dr Pham for any dental needs.
