Dr. Allen Tsai, a native of Southern California, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1997. Prior to his training in dentistry, he attended the University of California, Irvine, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Biology. Dr. Tsai has modified his Southern California roots and settled in Bakersfield, where he has practiced dentistry for the last 16 years and has helped to improve the smiles and enhance the lives of many patients. Dr. Tsai began his private practice in Southwest Bakersfield in 1998 and moved his practice to the current Northwest location in 2006. The office maintains state-of-the-art equipment, including digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and the newest Zoom whitening technology.

Dr. Tsai is an active member in the dental community. He continues to pursue excellence in dentistry by attending seminars and workshops to maintain the most innovative and updated techniques and materials. He strives to make patients comfortable during treatment and works hard to produce the best results.

Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Mary Ann is our office Financial Coordinator and Registered Dental Assistant. She is here to answer any insurance or financial questions you may have as well as assist in any dental treatment that you may need. She has been with Dr. Tsai since his first days in Bakersfield, 16 years ago. Her friendly and caring personality always makes patients feel more comfortable.

Dawnie is our Registered Dental Assistant and back office manager. She has been an RDA for over 24 years and has also been with Dr. Tsai since his first days in Bakersfield, 16 years ago. Her great sense of humor has brought many smiles to our patients and staff.

Michelle is our enthusiastic office receptionist and treatment coordinator who's smile will be the first you see when you enter our office. She is always in a good mood and will put you at ease right when you walk in the front doors. She is very eager to help you with any insurance or scheduling needs.

Kristi is one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. We have had the pleasure of watching her grow up as she started out as a patient of ours at the tender age of 14. Her hard work and studies through the years shows in her everyday practice. You can rest assured that you are in good hands with Kristi.

Lindsey is our other Registered Dental Hygienist. We have seen Lindsey blossom from a young graduate of hygiene school to the knowledgeable and experienced professional she is today. She is a native of Bakersfield. You can be sure Lindsey will take care of any oral hygiene needs you may have.
