The office staff is very nice however they care more about the almighty dollar than they do about helping you. Come with cash folks or you will be turned away.

I've been a patient at Pacific Dental Care for years and have always been satisfied with their care. I have to say that Jocelyn who is the dental hygienist has the most gentle touch and made things painless even when having what is most often a painful proceedure for me. Jocelyn and Angel were very professional and made me feel at ease. Great experience with all the staff. Super friedly, always. Thank you!

Jocelyn and Angel really helped make my experience wonderful! I usually get really anxious at the dentist, but they were so kind, gentle, and understanding. Definitely made my day and experience better. It is evident in their care that they really care about their patients. Seeing that I'm scheduled with them for my next appointment has me actually anticipating my next visit.

Went to this facility to get a scan, and was treated very nicely. I was going to get my wisdom teeth extracted at a different dentist, but after the front desk receptionists told me they could do it there, and even printed me a sheet with a breakdown of prices (they knew my issues and told me exactly what I would need to have done), I decided to set up a consult and plan it there instead. After waiting an hour, and spending five minutes with the surgeon (who told me everything I already knew), they told me they were unable to do it there, and referred me to an even more expensive place that they partner with. If I would've known that from the beginning, I would not have scheduled the consultation and I would not have let them essentially steal $120 from me. They made me feel so welcomed and as though they could take care of me fully when they were luring me in to get my money, but when it came down to it they turned me away. I attempted to get it resolved at the end of the consult since they all remembered me and were aware of my previous visit, but was told there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend!
