I was born, raised, and received my education in the Bay Area. I received my Bachelor's degree fromCalifornia State University, Haywardin 1987, and mydental degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, graduating with honors in 1990. I grew up in San Leandro and moved to Livermore after getting married to my beautiful wife, Christine. I have owned Pacific Dental Care and Fastbracessince 1991.

In my time away from the office, I spend as much time as possible with my lovely wife and grown children. Our oldest son is a real estate attorney with the Weston Law Group in Walnut Creek and on the board of Eighth Icon Holdings;our middle son is a graduate ofCal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a STEM teacher in the Bay Area; and a media consultant for Eighth Icon Holdings;and our daughter is a graduate of San Diego State University. She works in Pleasanton at an out-patient facility helping people of all ages with eating disorders. My wife and I are very proud 'almost' empty nesters. I enjoy all Bay Area sports; and am an As, Warriors, and Sharks fan; and enjoy the rare day off by spending it with my family.

My wife and I try our best to teach our children to give to the community they live in. To that end, our breast cancer charity is one way that we give. Another is my time as a volunteer for the Alameda County Sheriff's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Services on the Recovery Dive Team. I first joined this great group of people in 1997. Our team is comprised of almost 40 volunteers from all walks of life from lawyers, to software developers, to, yes, a couple of dentists. Our task is to find objects, weapons, or victims in the bodies of water of Alameda County or adjoining counties seeking our help. This requires monthly training and meetings to stay current with safety practices and to ensure that we don't have accidents while trying to achieve our goal. The thousands of hours our team dedicates each year saves the county hundreds of thousands of dollars per year. Our efforts help the people in our community and it means a lot to give to the community in which we live.If you would like to help, let me know.

He enjoys his leisure time with his wife and two children. His daughter is now in college studying to follow him into dentistry; and his son is in high school. Dr. Sellick is an avid Giants fan and is enjoying the 49ers becoming competitive again. He attends Warriors games with his family as they root them towards another championship.

I have been working in the dental field for about a decade now. Following my professional training as a dental assistant,I immediately came to Pacific Dental Care and Fastbracesand it has been my home ever since. After returning from maternity leave a few years ago, I moved to the front office to lend my love of dentistry to the administrative aspect of our practice. I really enjoy being able to help our patients get the care they deserve. A lot of times insurance companies are less than truthful, and helping our patients navigate their benefits allows them to get the care they need and deserve. I love working in the dental field because it allows me to work with people and help them with their dental needs to create beautiful smiles.

Alex has been a member of the Pacific Dental Care team for several years and works at the front desk. Her big smile is one of the first things you see when you open the front door to our office and it is accompanied by a warm greeting.

I enjoy cooking and creating new gastronomic recipes. Family is very important to me so I spend every chance I get with them. My favorite teams are the Giants and the Niners. Im also a huge soccer fan. Go Chivas!

I am a graduate of Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists, in Boston, and have been practicing dental hygiene for more than 30 years. My professional experiences include staff dental hygienists at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and private practices in periodontics and in general dentistry.

Since moving to California in 1994, I have developed the Soft Tissue Management Program at Pacific Dental Care and Fastbraces. This program prevents and treats periodontal disease in order to protect total health. As technology evolves and research advances, our treatment program evolves and is constantly improving. At its core, our office philosophy is to create happy patients. I customize my patients' care to address their individual needs to help them achieve their optimum healthy, and happy, smile.

When not working I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends. You can usually find me riding a bike, running, or working out. Total health is my commitment to myself and my family of patients.

Erika joined Pacific Dental Care as we were coming out of the recent pandemic. She is a wonderful hygienist and we are happy to have her join the team at Pacific Dental Care. Erika has a young, growing family and enjoys spending time with them.

I have been with Pacific Dental Care for several years. I feel truly blessed to have joined Pacific Dental Care, and to have the opportunity to work with such an amazing dental team. I love making a difference in our patients' lives by helping them improve their smile and oral health. I am currently working towards my RDA. With the experience I have picked up working at Pacific Dental Care, I cant wait to take this next step.

I love Pacific Dental Care, not just because my husband is one of the partners, but because it truly is an amazing part of the Tri-Valley landscape. From incredible dental care to the outreach via charity through Dentists Against Cancer, Pacific Dental Care treats their family of patients like you would want to be treated. As for how I add to the mix, I operate the books from home and take care of the payroll and accounts payable.

In my spare time, yeah right, I love spending time with my husband and our three kids. My interests are reading, scuba diving, and rooting on the As,Raiders, Sharks, and Warriors to victory. On the down low, I root for the Giants and Niners since those are my dad's favorites. Go Bay Area!!!!
