When I first came in they greeted me with a smile. They came got me from the waiting room. Helped guide me to my chair. They gave me comfort when I was frighten. they have a cool way of making the pain not happen at all. Had fillings and tooth pulled. Very informative. He made sure I understood what he was going to do. Gave choices of the look. Great experience in all he did.
Everything about this dental practice is wonderful. Like many others, I have had some not so pleasant experiences with dentists in my past. Everyone I have been in contact with in this office has been friendly, non-judgmental, encouraging, professional, and still fun. These guys are great with a needle. I know this sounds strange but, I look forward to going to the dentist. I have sent many friends and family members to see Dr. Hablutzel. All of the people I have referred have been equally impressed. If you have a fear of dentists you must try Dr. Hablutzel and his staff. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Staff was amazing and really took the time to make me feel comfortable for my visit. Definitely 10/10 recommendation , just for staff alone. They work pretty fast and they have fantastic team work skills. I'll make sure to come back for any reason because I know I recieve the best care and treatment All Around !!!!

Work was good, however their billing department needs a lot of work. I received a lot of dental work over two years from this dental place for thousands of dollars out of pocket, not counting the insurance. Every time I went, they reassured me and seemed to understand how my insurance plan worked with coverage, including maximums. I received my last treatment from them in March, 2022, and paid $800 out of pocket, with insurance covering the rest. I thought that would be the end of it, as I was moving away to the other side of the country. Then I receive a bill for almost $500 four months later in late July without any prior notice. They told me that I was "at my maximum" that insurance was covered and that nothing was paid for the last service. This is contrary to the maximums that insurance would cover as I double checked. In addition, they quoted me the insurance and I was below the maximum. So I contacted them confused about the situation. The representative refuses to give me receipts or documents other than dated in July for the estimates and the original services provided to verify the costs. In short, do not do business with Pacific Avenue Dental, unless you want a surprise bill for hundreds of dollars months later, especially when you don't have the means to dispute it and get answers in person because you are moving.

I've had 2 visits with Pacific Dental. Both visits were excellent. The whole staff from the appointment receptionists, dental assistance, and Dr Hablutzel. They're all very professional and caring, the dental assistant Ms Heidi, I met her on my first visit. Before doing any procedure we had conversation, which gave me time to try to relax. Shes very understanding about my fear of being in a dentist office. Today was no different everybody very very kind Dr Hablutzel is very gentle he explained everything he was doing and why. Ms Cristina, listened to my stories after my procedure. NO TEARS!!

I love my dental office, I've been a patient there for several years and I never had a problem with anything. I went for my cleaning today and teeth whitening and my results were so awesome with the whitening procedure. I would and will recommend my dentist to anyone.

I've been going to Pacific Avenue Dental for about 2 years now. I've never had an issue scheduling an appointment. When I arrive, the staff is always ready with a smile, and know who I am. The great service doesn't end there. I always am made to feel comfortable in the chair. They always explain everything to me, so I understand. They also give me great tips on how to improve my dental health. Dr. Hablutzel is also very friendly. I've had nothing but great experiences from this team. I'd recommend anyone.

Everyone is so very kind. The receptionist, the assistants, the doctor's ... it doesn't even feel like a chore when I come in for my appointments because you all make it really enjoyable. I will definitely be going here for a while and I strongly recommend this dentist office for anyone who needs dental work/care. I saw rhea last time and she is an absolute gem.

My wife & I have been under the dental care of Dr. Hablutzel & his team for over three years. This is by far the most professional, experienced & caring dental care we have ever had. This includes cleanings, cavities & fillings. They can't be beat!
