We are a kind yet energetic culture (so get ready to laugh, and maybe dance). Both inside and outside of the office, were dedicated to inclusivity and anti-bullying. We believe that we have the ability to spread POsitivity into every nook and cranny of our community and this will play a role in what makes our corner of the world really shine.
His #1 role model is easily his Dad whos list of accomplishments as a world-renowned medical surgeon would be too long to list. Dr. P credits his Dad for instilling in him a commitment to outstanding patient clinical care that never loses sight of generosity, care and love of the individual.
Although Dr. P is very gentle, friendly and kind he is a huge fan of boxing and MMA. Most likely this passion is a direct result from seeing every Rocky movie as a child, most notably Rocky IV, way more times than hed like to admit!
Dr. Kopcza grew up in the Poconos in Pennsylvania where she was really involved with dance and cheerleading she dreamed of one day becoming a Radio City Rockette! Additionally, Dr. K played the violin and piano and was even a member of the National Guild Auditions for piano for several years. After receiving orthodontic treatment at 12 years old, Dr. Kopcza knew that outside of being a Rockette and living in NYC, she wanted to be an orthodontist. While Dr. K, never made her debut at the Radio City Music Halls Christmas Spectacular, she did live in New York City for 8 years and achieved her childhood dream of becoming an orthodontist!
Now Dr. K lives outside of the city and loves going to baseball games with her fianc (Go Yankees!). Their goal is to go to every major league baseball stadium in the country together, and theyre off to a great start. When shes not singing during the 7th Inning Stretch with54,251 of her closest friends, you can catch Dr. Kopcza running, trying new restaurants, and at her favorite place, the beach.

Dr. Patcher and his entire staff are amazing. My son has some anxiety and they made him feel comfortable the entire time. I also love how they don't over treat and are so honest about whether or not my kids needed braces, expanders or just some time!

Dr. Pachter and his staff is very pleasant. Both of our boys had their braces done and very pleased with the results. We just took our daughter for orthodontist assessment and he gave us a very honest assessment.

Absolutely the easiest and nicest medical office I have ever worked with. Braces as an adult are not fun, but Dr. P and his staff are making this process tolerable.

Dr. Pachter and his Staff are sweet and caring! The office is clean and there's no wait. As soon as you check in they take you straight back to get started. I love it and will 110% recommend them.

Dr Goldman has done wonders with my 9 year old, her teeth were catastrophically crooked, with a 2nd row on bottom. Dr Goldman fixed her teeth, she is so nice and professionally, her staff is wonderful, clean office, the wait is not long to go inside, and she runs her office very organized and efficient. She is also a sweetheart! We love Dr. Goldman! Highly recommend
