Dr. Rathi graduated from the College of Dentistry - University of Illinois at Chicago. She holds a membership in many premier dental associations, including ADA, Fox Valley Dental, ISDS and AGD. By staying updated with the latest dentistry news and developments, she explores ways to incorporate more cutting-edge state-of-the-art technology and enhance quality of care.
Dr. Rathi understands the anxiety and nervousness associated with visiting a dentist's office. Pain, treatment and costs often weigh heavily on patients' minds. Dr. Rathi is a passionate advocate of maintaining proactive oral health. She makes it a point to educate patients on oral health and hygiene. Dr. Rathi, the mom of two has used positive reinforcement successfully on her kids, and uses the same strategy to motivate her younger patients to pay attention to their oral health. She also leverages her extensive experience to provide comprehensive and cosmetic dental care to entire family.
Dr. Jingyuan Fan is a Board-certified Specialist in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. She is currently an Assistant Professor on the faculty of Midwestern University. She is interested in diagnosing and managing periodontal disease, treating gingival recession and placing dental implants. Dr. Fan received her Advanced Specialty Training in Periodontics at Eastman Institute for Oral Health, University of Rochester and earned a Ph.D. in Oral Biology from School of Dentistry, University of Minnesota. Prior to joining Midwestern University, she was an Assistant Professor of Periodontics at University of Rochester. She has published and presented numerous articles and is also a reviewer for academic journals. She had been recognized with several awards, scholarships and honors through her clinical and academic career.
Dr. Mahdi is of Egyptian origin, born and raised in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria Egypt. He is an Internationally Trained Dentist, He received his first Dental Degree from Alexandria University College of Dentistry 2002-2007. He started his journey in the United States in 2010. He attended New York University College of Dentistry where he received his 1-year Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics along with a Master of Science in Biomaterials and Biomedical Sciences. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. In 2020 Dr. Mahdi decided to move to the Greater Chicago area with his wife Sarah and his daughter Maya. Sarah was born and raised in Naperville and because family is everything Dr. Mahdi and his family decided to move back to be closer to their extended family and friends.
Dr. Grisel Rincon was born and raised in Venezuela. She is an International Trained Dentist graduated from University Central of Venezuela, Dental School. In 2000 she decided to come to USA . She attended NYU College of Dentistry where she received a prosthodontics and cosmetic certifications.In 2006 she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from NYU College of Dentistry. After her graduation Dr. Rincn moved to Chicago area with her family . As a dentist she love to educate her patients in oral health and provide integrative dental care to children and adults. Dr. Rincn is trained in orthodontic treatment, sleep apnea and dental implants. In addition to dentistry, Dr. Rincn love music , playing violin , food and traveling around the world.

Be aware of this place!! I bought payment plan for my parents for two free cleanings but I was not aware of the fact that the plan expires within a year. My parents had to leave the country and had a hard time coming back. I called them to make appointments and they asked about what insurance I have. I told them about the payment plan and they didn't say anything about the plan being expired. Today they called to confirm the appointment and I had them check to make sure the cleanings will be covered under the plan. This is when they told me the plan is expired. What a waste and they are not accommodating at all during this difficult time for us. Never going back there...

My wife and I enjoy going to Pacer Dental. Each doctor is very thorough in their work to make sure the procedure is done right. The swiftness of care is very convenient, especially when all of the dental services (dentist, surgeon, ortho) is all in one practice. It is not uncommon for them to be able to address issues within the same day or even immediately after they notice it. They do care about their patients' dental health. Each doctor is very compassionate and care if you are comfortable during the procedures. We no longer dread having to go to the dentist!

The worst! I moved to the area 1 year ago and needed to find a new dentist. This place is the worst. They complete a cleaning in under 15 minutes! The guy at the desk, not sure if he is the owner or married to the dentist is a total charlatan. Charged my insurance for something I had paid for and to top it all off, the dentist was in such a hurry to finish what I loosley consider to a be a cleaning, she chipped off a piece of my bottom tooth with her instrument. Stay away!

I brought my 1 yr old baby boy for his 1st dental exam, and he is SCARED of people, but wow! Dr. made him feel happy and comfortable, I laid in the chair with him, they had a kid show ready to distract him, she was so friendly and quick. My baby enjoyed his visit, I was so nervous to hear him cry, but everything went better than perfect. She was gentle with him, and I am so glad I came into this office, some doctors are just forceful and rough, but she really gave all the dedicated attention to us. I also had my 9 yr old daughter with us for her annual exam, and they took great care of her, gave little goodie bags, made it a fun experience for both kids. They accept the medicaid card which is wonderful and the staff is just so help for every question. I highly recommend giving this office a visit and getting those teeth cleaned asap!

Referred here to a specialist from Thorough Dental for my elderly father, who needed multiple extractions. As usual, reception, assistants, and dentist were all extremely kind and patient! They went at my father's pace and checked in frequently to make sure he was ok. The office is not spectacular in terms of wheelchair accessibility but, honestly, not many places are and they were kind, helpful, and patient as we figured out transfers! They are also very upfront about pricing and recommended procedures.

Great experience and friendly staff! Dr Fadi Rouel was excellent- a great first visit with quality, efficient care! All staff at the office, dental hygienists and front desk, were welcoming and answered all my questions!

I have always had a fear of the shots to numb and I will tell you they make it almost painless. They don't make you wait when you hate an appointment and always super friendly. The place is always clean. Would recommend

Great dentist office. We have had several dentists over the last few decades and are very glad we found Dr. Rathi. The practice is very clean, modern and very well organized. Dr. Rathi is great: she is very efficient, thorough, fast and all procedures are done with the least amount of discomfort of the patient.

I really hate going to the dentist, though I go every 6 months, and I really hate having to change dentists. Pacer Dental was outstanding from the moment I called to make my appointment to walking out the door after my cleaning. Everyone was caring, personal, and gentle and did a great job explaining everything. I still don't like going to any dentist, but because we all need to go, Pacer is a great place to go!!

I've always felt like my concerns are being given the correct amount of attention. The entire staff has been friendly to me each time I visit. Going to the dentist does not have to be as bad as you've heard.

Where do I start...So i had a dental emergency (massive abscess, broken teeth, infection etc. I called this morning to see if I could get in. They said they'd take me even after the office is closed. They gave me payment plans and options to chose from regarding that. I ended up needing 3 teeth pulled. They did the work immediately. I was very relaxed and they took great care of me. They had me laughing and distracted from the procedure. All said and done, I was there for 3 hours, had x-rays done, 3 teeth surgically extracted, and stitched up. Couldn't be more pleased with the staff and my experience. Highly recommend this place, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE! And if you do, i still recommend. Best dental experience i've ever had. Thanks so much guys!
