Both of Dr. Saads parents are dentists who practiced in California, so you can definitely say that this type of work is in his blood! When it came time to choose his own career, he realized that he had a genuine interest in two distinct fields: dentistry and engineering. He ended up taking college courses in both at the same time to learn as much as he could, and in the end, he decided that he felt a stronger passion for oral healthcare and the prospect of helping others smile brighter as a lifelong job, just like his parents. All these years later, hes never regretted that decision!
Dr. Saad completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California and then transitioned to the USC School of Dentistry for his dental doctorate. Over the years, he has attended a significant number of continuing education courses in order to keep his skills up-to-date and offer his patients the latest treatments. Hes also volunteered with the UCLA/USC mobile clinic and the Downey Dental Association, both of which are focused on providing essential dental care to children in need.
Dr. Saad is happily married and has two children, one in elementary school and the other in high school. Dr. Saad's wife, Dr. Wahab, is a successful psychologist. When she's not at her own practice, you will find her here at Pace Dental of Vienna making our own patients feel welcome and at home. When Dr. Saad isnt busy at work, his favorite hobbies include spending lots of quality time with his son and daughter and volunteering at their schools. Hes always up for joking around and sharing his sense of humor too, whether its with family, friends, or even patients!
Originally from Stephens City, Ericka has been working in the dental world for over five years so far. Here at Pace Dental of Vienna, she loves building wonderful relationships with the patients! Over time, they start to feel just like a second family.
At home, Ericka and her husband Jimmy have a daughter named Lani and a Boston Terrier named Mojo. Theyre also welcoming a brand-new baby boy to the family in February 2020! When she isnt busy at the dental office, her favorite hobbies include going to the movies, shopping with her daughter, cheering on her traveling basketball team, and indulging in sweet treats.
Jenny is originally from Arizona! While she may be one of the newest members of our team, she has an impressive 15+ years of experience in the world of dentistry. Since attending college in Lisbon, Portugal, she has thoroughly enjoyed working with patients to make their dental experience pleasant.
Away from the office, Jenny and her fianc, Aron, spend a lot of their free time exploring VA. She loves traveling and learning the history of each place she visits. Other interests of hers include surfing, hiking, and watching a good movie. Heres an interesting fact about her: she lived in Europe for 10 years!
Originally from Pennsylvania, Lauren completed her studies at Temple University before attending Manor College. Since then, she has earned her certification in soft tissue lasers, which she uses regularly to provide treatment that yields the best results possible. When asked about her favorite aspect of her job, she shared that it is getting to genuinely know each patient and educating them on their oral health in the process!
Outside the office, Lauren enjoys hiking, kayaking, and gardening. She and her boyfriend also love visiting local wineries and breweries. Something you may not know about her is that she wanted to be a museum curator after spending three weeks in England and France when she was 15!
Noushon has been working in the dental world for nearly five years so far in fact, shes currently applying to dental schools to further her education! As one of our assistants, she loves working with such a wide variety of patients and providing them with the best possible care. In turn, they appreciate her extroverted, sociable nature.
Noushon is a Vienna native and currently lives at home with her parents. In her spare time, one of her biggest passions is playing and coaching volleyball! She is currently on an adult rec team and has been coaching youth teams since she was in high school. She also regularly attends fitness classes with Orange Theory, bakes a variety of pastries, travels, and spends plenty of quality time with family and friends. On her own, you can often find her binge-watching Netflix shows like Greys Anatomy!
Nuris is originally from San Miguel, SLV, and she is one of the newest members of our team. She loves connecting with patients, transforming their smiles, and boosting their confidence through dentistry. In fact, those are her favorite aspects of working at our office!

I thought I found a pebble in my breakfast; it was a big chunk of my tooth! Dr. Saad saw me that afternoon and spent all afternoon crowning and repairing my teeth. He and his team did an excellent job and I give him top ratings. And.... for the book... two other Vienna dentists were just too booked for my emergency.

I had a great experience as always with Dr. Saad and Lauren his hygienist. He has a nice sense of humor, professional and they both make you feel comfortable. I Highly recommend the office for your dental family. In addition, the music makes you feel "happy" :) a warm and friendly smile goes a long way. His team is great, and very friendly. Dr. Saad and his staff provided the utmost pampering dental treatment and FAST! Dr. Saad Did the crown built up then 3d scanned and printed my porcelain crown; installed the crown within 3 hours while watching my favorite travel show. The entire staff are attentive cheery and courteous! I couldn't recommend more of Pace Dental's service from cleaning to crown replacement.

As a former employee AND patient i've had the privilege of sitting behind the front desk and in the doctors chair. Dr Saad & Lauren listen to your concerns and help you achieve the smile you want. I will absolutely drive the 2 hours from Richmond to see Pace Dental for my families dental needs. I could go on and on about how awesome this practice is but i'll just leave my 5 stars. I was a patient of Dr. Pace for his time in practice. He was meticulous and I never had a problem that he couldn't fix. I am now a patient of Dr. Saad. I am pleased that he is just as meticulous. Moreover, he is a really nice guy with a good sense of humor. He is caring, explains things well, answers questions in a straightforward manner, and does excellent work. His assistants and staff are also excellent and friendly. They make you feel confident and help to ease the anxiety and trepidation that is a part of having dental work done.

Dr. Saad is not only a knowledgable and skilled dentist, but he treats his patients like human beings -- he is very kind and sympathetic and always wants to make sure that you're comfortable and doing okay! I visited Pace Dental after about a 4 or 5 year hiatus from a dental office. Dr. Saad and his staff made me feel welcomed and were very attentive to my questions. Overall, I had a positive experience and I'm looking forward to my future appointments here. I would like to thank Lilian, their dental assistant, for referring me and for being very helpful. And on that note, let me go on to say that, Lilian is the best dental assistant I have met. Her attention to detail, patience, and gentle nature, enables for a fantastic visit to the dentist. Never would have thought I would say that, but she clearly makes the place better. Wouldn't be the same without her. Thanks Lilian.

Like most adults, I have had to visit numerous dentists in my life. Dr. Ahmed Saad has been the best by far, for the following factual reasons: 1. Modern dentistry is both an art and a science. Dr. Saad knows and practices the latest science-based treatments for his patients using the very latest modern dental equipment including Cerec Crown made while you wait, and laser treatment for those cavities that are call for it. He is a perfectionist in his dental practice; he meticulously considers all options, and watching him is like watching a master at work. 2. Most dental patients are apprehensive about dental work. Dr. Saad relieves that apprehension with the competent confidence that he exudes, with his sense of humor, and with his obvious concern and care about his patients. He is not satisfied unless his patients are satisfied. Dr. Saad is also very intelligent and catches on quickly to what a patient may be trying to describe; this is very important when, as a healthcare provider, he has to make quick decision that are correct every time. 3. A patient's tooth does not sit in a vacuum but is a live part of that patient's body. Anything done to that tooth affects that patient's entire body. Additionally, dental patients are individuals with their own other concerns about health, finances, and multiple other worries. Dr. Saad knows that and treats each patient with individualized care and respect.. While on vacation last week I bit down on some nuts and chipped one of my teeth. I was fortunate in getting an appointment the Monday after I came home. The appointment was for 3:00pm. Hoping for the best but expecting the worst, I had figured that the chip was severe enough that the tooth "had bit the dust" and would be pulled. After a brief exam, Dr. Saad was happy to report that all was not lost and a crown would work just fine. Additionally, he determined the tooth next to it had a stress crack and although not in imminent danger of cracking would surly need repair. This entire consultation and ultimate procedure was validated and preformed with very cool state of the art technology. I made the decision to have both teeth done and was pleasantly surprised that he would perform the entire procedure as I waited. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Saad and his staff as they represent the epitome of providing services in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Please take the opportunity of reaching out to them when in need. You won't be disappointed
