You helped my 87 year old mother feel so comfortable and at ease, when she was scared and very anxious about going to a dentist! Thank you for that, and for giving her confidence that you can help her!

Pace Dental Care prides themselves on providing compassionate, quality care. As someone who experiences intense dental anxiety, I've never felt uncomfortable or unheard in their office. They make it their mission to actively listen to your concerns, support your decisions, and guide you in achieving the healthiest smile. I've personally worked with both Dr. Reid and Dr. Ilia, whom are both incredible at what they do.

I had a top wisdom tooth removed fine. In the same visit they tried to pull a bottom wisdom tooth. Due to the location of the nerves I would have to be put under so they faxed a referral to a place in pensacola with an oral surgeon and told me it could take weeks or months to be seen. I called but they close for the weekend at 3pm on Friday. Had this place given me all of the information prior to the attempt I would have declined having it done here and just went with an oral surgeon which is what I need apparently. So I wasted money. I have pain pills but even with them my lower jar, tooth, neck, ear, are in a lot of pain and I have a lot of face swelling. This isn't from the extracted tooth but from the one they attempted to extract on the bottom. This unnecessary pain could have been prevented had they explained things. The tooth they did extract is healing well and has little pain. They really shouldn't pull wisdom teeth if they are not equipped and staffed to. Also I recommend training staff bedside manners. I told them it was my first dental visit and I was nervous so the lady talking about how painful her wisdom tooth extractions were the entire time I was being xrayed was uncalled for. I also now have to pay someone else for additional xrays as I still need my others pulled and I did this with cash so it's extra cost out of my pocket now.

I tried hard to keep an optimistic view about Pace Dental Care but the more I tried the more they disappointed. My first appointment was 4 months out and I believed it to be a cleaning appointment. NOT They set up a dental plan to include 2 crowns and a filling then eventually I could could get my teeth cleaned. But... that was to be a periodontal cleaning, which to me was no different than what I had done at the cleaning appointments in the past, except my insurance doesn't pay for that type of cleaning so in order for me to continue to use this practice I would have to pay $300 ever 3 months for my teeth to be cleaned... Now I know, they really aren't in practice with the patiences in mind they are really just there for the money. I did try to go in and talk to them but they refuse to change anything. I will find another dentist one that cares....not just there for the money.
