She received her orthodontic training at the Roseman University of Health Sciences (Henderson, NV). In addition to the clinical training, Dr. Bollu holds a Masters degree in Health Care Administration as well as a Masters in Business Administration. She has received several awards for outstanding academic achievements during her undergraduate and graduate training.
Dr. Bollu (referred to as Dr. P by her patients) has been in the field of dentistry for about 20 years. Besides clinical practice, she has actively been involved in teaching and research roles as a faculty member since 2011. Dr. Bollu has professional affiliations with multiple national and international organizations including the American Association of Orthodontics, International Association for Dental Research, American Dental Association and the Southern Nevada Dental Society.
Dr. Bollu highly recommends early screenings and strongly advocates the need for orthodontic treatment to improve the oral health quality of life for people of all ages. One of her main research interests has been clear orthodontic materials such as clear brackets and Invisalign, which can extend orthodontic treatment possibility to many individuals who may otherwise not consider much needed treatment with traditional metal braces. From simple habit breaking appliances to removable and fixed orthodontic options, Dr. Bollu customizes the best treatment option to fit each of her patients specific needs. Dr. Bollu is a Board Certified Orthodontist with extensive clinical, research and management experience. Known for her warmth and patience, Dr. Bollu is well liked by patients of all ages.
Dr. Giri (referred to as Dr. G by patients) has been actively involved in the dental field for over 20 years. Prior to becoming an orthodontist, he practiced for several years as a general dentist handling multidisciplinary oral health care for patients of all ages. This additional clinical experience as a general dentist enhanced his ability to handle orthodontic cases and procedures of varied complexity for children and adults.
The artistic element of orthodontics along with the opportunity to create beautiful smiles fascinates Dr. Giri and his love for the field. He maintains professional affiliations with multiple national and regional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Pacific Coast of Orthodontists and the Southern Nevada Dental Society.
As the Office Manager for P&G Orthodontics I oversee the office operations and make sure the entire team is offering the best possible care to our patients. I am dedicated to making our patients and their families experience in our office an unforgettable one! I have 15 years of orthodontic experience and I have also had the opportunity to serve patients as a Treatment Coordinator, Insurance Biller, and as a chair side orthodontic assistant during my career.
I was born and raised in Southern California and I have been a serious LA Dodgers fan since my early childhood. I spend most of my time with my family, I have 3 grown sons and a fur baby named Diamond. I love cooking for my family and enjoy being outdoors.

I never write reviews, however my experience was so amazing I had to share! I had my consultation with Dr. B yesterday and I am so glad I found her Orthodontics office. SHE IS AMAZING!! The staff members are so warm and welcoming. I enjoyed how Dr. B really took her time to explain the entire process to me while showing me images of my teeth and breaking down the images I was seeing so that I could understand. She was very knowledgeable and so sweet. She will work with you to find a plan that fits your needs and that will best suit your financial needs. I had such an amazing experience. If you need an Orthodontics provider then you need Dr.B!

From the front desk to the assistant Bobby, was over all a wonderful experience everyone was very helpful and professional. I was able to ask all of my questions without being rushed. The doctor treats you like family always greets me by my name and a beautiful smile. One of my brackets broke at the end of the day, when I called to see if I was able to come in to repair it, the person who answer the phone was very bubbly and sweet, she was able to accommodate me that evening. I Love this places. Thank you all for being a wonderful team!!

I hate anything that has to do with work being done in my mouth. But, I love how patient and kind the staff is here with my son and I. When we are there, I feel like we are extended family. I love that feeling! I see my orthodontist and I'm able to have a real conversation with her and her staff members! I'm so glad I picked P&G Ortho to take care of my son and I! Thank you!

P&G is such a great office. I was referred by my general dentist and I'm so happy it was to them. I've had braces before and have to get them once more for not wearing my retainer. P&G is such an upgrade in comparison to my old office. Their consultation is so thorough, I know I'm getting my money's worth here!!
