Dr. Chang was raised in Northern California. He graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. After working in the commercial airline industry, he changed his career path and earned a dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Chang completed a General Practice Residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and was chosen to be Chief Resident. Following residency, Dr. Chang was a dentist forThe Children's Aid Society of NYC, treating underserved children; there, he discovered his talent in treating children and decidedto specialize in Pediatric Dentistry. He received his specialty training from Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY.
In addition to practicing Pediatric Dentistry in the metropolitan NY/NJ area, Dr. Chang was also an attending Pediatric Dentist and Clinical Instructor for Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. Dr. Chang lives in New York City with his wife and 3 children.
Dr. Piccoli is a native of Argentina.He moved to theUnited States to pursue his education, earning his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Piccoli received his specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. During his residency training, he was inducted into the prestigious Leo M. Davidoff society, receiving an award for excellence in teaching.Dr. Piccoli is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, indicating his board certification in Pediatric Dentistry.In addition to his native Spanish, Dr. Piccoli is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Dr. Piccoli has been practicing Pediatric Dentistry in New Jersey for over 10 years.He resides in Weehawken, NJ. In his spare time, Dr. Piccoli enjoys traveling, watching movies, and spending time with hisdog, Marshall.

My child has been coming here since she was a year and a half.... her first time Dr. Chang played with her and made her feel comfortable and after awhile she wasn't scared anymore... Every six months, she is excited to come to the dentist... The whole staff is friendly, professional, helpful and down to earth... I wish he took adults ... My child will come here until she has to choose an adult dentist... If you are looking for a great dentist and staff for your child/children... This is the ONE!!!! I am taking my kids here for the past 5 years and their service is very good. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. The kids are very comfortable with treatment. Piccoli and Chang both are amazing dentist.

My daughter has been visiting this office since she was 2 years old. She enjoys every second of her visits! The staff is extremely pleasant and the doctors are very patient and informative. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

This office is great. Dr. Piccoli is awesome, caring & very informative. My children were a little nervous at first but once they got in the chair Dr. Piccoli and the amazing staff made sure they were comfortable and relaxed. They had Netflix playing for the kids to help relax them during their exam and talked to them to explain everything step by step before they did anything. The ladies at the front desk and all staff members I have talked to were very nice & helpful. I strongly recommend this office!

The office is clean. The wait time was short. Dr. Chang is professional and helpful. The hygienist was friendly and throughly cleaned my children's teeth. I recommend P&C pediatric dentistry.

Noah always looks forward to his six month cleaning. The receptionist, hygienist and dental assistants are warm and welcoming. Dr. Piccoli and Dr. Chang are both amazing. Noah is always excited to them both so choosing who to get his exam by is difficult for him. :) Thank you to everyone in the office, you guys are the best!!

The office was clean, neat, vibrant and friendly all around. The entire staff was top notch (reception, medical assistant staff, and doctor). Dr. Chang has an amazing bedside manner and smooth/consistent patience. My 2 1/2 yr old (who is very rambunctious sometimes especially in such settings) was happy to have his teeth checked and cleaned by Dr. Chang. To the point where he wanted to stay and hang out in the exam room after he was done! Dr. Chang sent him happily on his way however, with some fun, up-to-date toys, stickers, etc. Superb experience!

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Chang. It was my son's first time, and he and Miss Trish were so patient and kind with him and he left so happy. My daughter was thrilled with their office's murals and had a great visit too.
