Springfield, Missouri, has trusted the Reynolds name for dentistry needs since 1919. Three dedicated generations later, as a general practice dentist in Springfield, Dr. Robert Reynolds is honoring the family tradition of dedicated dental care.
He provides extensive dental services and treats every patient like family. Of course, Dr. Reynolds is quick to credit Springfields finest, friendliest dental staff for helping him maintain the clinics family atmosphere.
In 1985, Dr. Reynolds graduated from Drury University with a bachelors degree in biology. He then earned his dental degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 1989. After securing the title of general practice dentist, he returned to Springfield and began treating dental patients in his hometown. Today, Dr. Reynolds belongs to theAcademy of General Dentistry, theAcademy of Dental Sleep Medicine, theInternational Association of Orthodontists, theAmerican Academy of Functional Orthodontists, theAmerican Academy of Craniofacial Pain, andMid America Orthodontic Society.
Dr. Vincel joined our practice in June 2018. Dr. Vincels passion for learningand getting to work with his hands each day is what led him to becoming a dentist. Dr. Vincel graduated with a double major of Bachelors in Biology and Chemistry from Drury University. From Drury he was inducted intotheMortar Board National College SeniorHonor Society. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from A.T Still University- Missouri School of dentistry & oral health. As a senior dental student, Dr. Vincel was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, as well as the Pierre Fauchard Academy for Outstanding Academic Achievements.
Sharice joined our team in 2018 as an insurance coordinator, and is now our office manager. She is a graduate from Ozarks Technical Community College's Dental Assisting Program. She has been in the field of dentistry since 2017.
Casey joined the Ozarks Preferred Dental Team in 2008. Casey graduated from Ozarks Technical Community College. Casey started as a dental assistant and is now a dental hygienist and the clinical manager. Casey has been in the field of dentistry for 12 years.
Casey and her husband have been married for 10 years; they have 2 little boys, and 2 dogs, Piper and Charlie. Together, they are actively involved with their church and enjoy doing community outreach. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, boating, and camping. Caseys favorite part of her job is offering top-notch dental care.
Belinda joined the team in 2000 as an assistant and is currently caring for patients as a hygiene assistant. She is a graduate from Ozarks Technical Community Colleges Dental Assisting Program. Belinda has been in the field of dentistry for 27 years.
Belinda and her husband have been together for 25 years; they have 3 children, 3 grandchildren, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, jigsaw puzzles, reading, playing with her 3 grandchildren, farming, and making her delicious cookies. Belindas favorite part of her job is helping patients understand the importance of sound oral health and enjoys getting to know patients.
Kaitlin joined our administrative team early in 2020. She is a graduate from the Dental Assisting Program at Ozark's Technical Community College , where she was president of her dental class. Kaitlin is passionate about dentistry and making sure patients have a great experience from the time they walk into our office, til the time they leave. Kaitlin has a three-year-old son. In their free time, you can find the two of them at the pool, or at a family barbecue! In addition to spending her free time with her son, Kaitlin loves to travel, read, and cook! Kaitlin's favorite part of her job is meeting new people and forming a relationship with each and every patient she meets.
Kelli and her fiance have been together for 5 years. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Kellis favorite part of her job is seeing patients happy with the work that Dr. Reynolds or herself have done and building relationships with patients.
Danielle and her husband met in 2013; they had their baby girl in November 2020! They have 2 dogs, Zeus and Nala; and 1 cat, Pheebee. In her spare time she enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, playing with her pets, and spending time with family and friends. Danielles favorite part of her job is seeing happy faces and making sure they have a great dental experience.
Erin joined our team in May 2020, she comes with 12 years of dental experience. Erin enjoys traveling. One of her favorite places to visit is her sister and young nephew in Florida! Erin is native to the Springfield area and during the summer you can find her at her at concerts or relaxing at Stockton Lake. Erin loves to spend time with her family and friends, and enjoys reading, keeping up with the latest fashion trends and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide! . Erin's favorite part of her job is connecting with people and building relationships with patients.
Lakyn joined our team in May 2020. She is a graduate of the dental hygiene program at Ozark's Technical Community College. Lakyn has worked in the dental field since 2018 and has a passion for this field. In her free time, Lakyn plays softball and enjoys kayaking! Lakyn is from Buffalo, Missouri and has two dogs. A chocolate lab named Buck and a blue heeler named Bella. Her favorite part of her job is seeing familiar faces and forming relationships with every patient she meets.

There are 3 things that scare me, well 2 now. The IRS, Psychiatrist, and was the Denist. 5 stars from the atmosphere, staff, and the communication! Had some oral surgery done, fantastic job. This now my preferred dentist! Highly recommended!

Dr. Reynolds and his entire staff are kind and patient. They have taken great care of an aging family elder of mine for over 20 years. He has reached a point in his life where dealing with him can be difficult. The patience these folks show is truly rare. Thank you so much Dr. Reynolds and staff.

I was a little nervous to come to Ozarks Preferred Dental after my dentist retired a few years ago, but they have really exceeded my expectations. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Vincel is incredibly thorough and always explains what he's doing and why. You can tell he truly cares about his patients!

Wonderful experience! We had to find a new dentist after ours (Dr. Wade Warren) retired. We chose Ozarks Preferred Dental since it is close to home. I am so happy that we did! Dr. Vincel exceeded my expectations. He was very gentle and kind with my kids. He explained everything before doing a procedure and always spoke with them during the procedure. Making sure they were okay and still comfortable. I highly recommend him and his staff. The ladies in the office were great as well!

Beware. This dental office pressures you to do expensive and probably unnecessary dental work and does a very shoddy job. You pay a lot of money to be in a worse condition than before the work. Using inexperienced people to do important procedures plays a big role. If you complain about the problems (pain, swelling etc.) afterwards, they avoid taking any responsibility to remedy the situation and their friendliness quickly disappears. Overall, highly unprofessional. They need to be honest, responsible/responsive and look out for the patients' best interest. Don't let the initial smiles and friendliness fool you. Dr. Reynolds and others there should know better and do better. I strongly recommend to avoid this dental office.

This place is a joke. We went to get my wife's denture liner done again and they have never charged for this service before. They did not make us aware of a change in charges before performing the service. Do not go here they try to hide the fact that you are going to be charged and will not discuss how much before they begin then stick you with a huge bill that they want all paid at once.

I'm someone who was with Dr Warren and got moved to Dr Reynolds. Obviously, I wasn't too sure about seeing a new dentist, but I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Reynolds has personality and is personable and professional. The hygienist didn't hurt my gums, or do anything that made me bleed. What a nice switch!! Even before this bi-annual exam they were willing to provide a couple different services to my child to keep her teeth straight and white. They have been so great, and all the office staff is a pleasure to deal with.

My family & I have been with Dr. Reynold for almost 20 years now. He is the best if you are looking for a friendly, outgoing, & personable Dentist who will NOT take you to the cleaners. His prices are reasonable. His staff are friendly & caring. Some have been with him for years. He has been my kids' Dentist since they were 6 months old. They are 18 & 20 now. His prices are reasonable. He really is the best in the area.
