At OP, we have a special place in our hearts for children and adults born with genetic conditions. We have treated oral health issues related to congenital conditions such as cleft palate, Down syndrome, ectodermal dysplasia, amelogenesis imperfecta, dentogenesis imperfecta, incontinentia pigmenti and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome just to name a few.
Our well-trained doctors and master technicians have helped patients from all over the US with congenital issues affecting their oral health. In many of these scenarios, we are creating the perfect smile for a child who has never actually had one.
For over a decade, we have made it our purpose to grow into a Center for Help. Our team is recognized by the NIH, NORD, many craniofacial organizations and various Down syndrome groups. We serve as one of the few US dental centers for NFED. OP literally 'wrote the book' & 'NFED Dental Providers Toolkit,' so more dentists can leverage medical insurance for their patients. We have worked with senators to draft legislation and served as a knowledge resource for insurance commissioners.We host annual medical billing classes that are taught by The Z Group LLC, for dental professionals.
Working with Ozark Prosthodontics has been a life changing experience for our family. After years of searching, we found Ozark through a lucky google search that resulted in finding an old forum for craniofacial patients. I took a chance and called the number on the forum. The first time I spoke to Lori McNeel, I cried. I had finally found someone who understood the pain my husband had been enduring most of his life. In May 2019, my husband had his first of many surgeries. The first surgery was transformativesuddenly my husband could chew without pain and was no longer embarrassed of his smile. We had a long road ahead of us, but we knew we had made the right decision to work with Ozark. Dr. Sinada is the most professional, caring, and thoughtful doctor I have ever met. His bedside manner and communication are next to none, and while each surgery was stressful, I knew my husband was in excellent hands. Nearly eighteen months and six surgeries later, I can honestly say working with the Ozark team has been one of the best decisions we have ever made for our family
Problem solving, complexity and creativity these are the aspects of prosthodontics that first drew Dr. Ericka Miller to the profession. It was an excellent choice for Miller who uses her creativity every day to solve the complex dental problems of her patients.
I find many similarities between prosthodontics and architecture. As Norman Foster said, As an architect, you design for the present with an awareness of the past, for a future which is essentially unknown, said Dr. Miller.
Miller graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she played on the D1 Womens Soccer Team, earning a Leadership Award in 2011 for her skills on and off the pitch, including SEC Academic Honors and NCAA Student Athlete Academic Honor Roll.
While earning a Bachelor of Science degree in applied physiology and kinesiology, Ericka Miller worked as a full-time dental assistant at the University of Florida Pediatric Dental Clinic. Through my academic and professional journey, I not only solidified my love for dentistry but discovered a passion for providing quality and compassionate care, she said.
Ericka Miller continued her education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.). Miller then headed west to the Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas while completing an externship at the University of Florida Center of Implant Dentistry. This was one of the most invaluable experiences of my life. Through the UF CID, I found my passion for prosthodontics, she said.
After graduating, Dr. Miller continued to play a leadership role at her various alma maters. As a dental ambassador for the University of Florida College of Dentistry, she provided a link between students and practicing alumni. She also served as both a tutor and clinical faculty assistant at the Texas A&M (Baylor) College of Dentistry in Dallas.
Throughout her career, Dr. Miller has placed a high importance on fostering the exchange of ideas and beliefs across cultural and socioeconomic lines for everyone struggling to have their oral health restored.
Today, Dr. Miller regularly gives presentations on 3D printing as it relates to prosthodontics, dental photography, and many other subjects. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Miller has many hobbies including graphic and interior design, skateboarding, snowboarding, and cooking. She also loves going to museums.

I had an emergency and Dr. Wang spent her entire morning doing an exam and extracting a tooth I had that had gotten infected. I had been in so much pain and trouble getting in somewhere to help and I was treated like a top priority by everyone. I want to say thank you to Sarah too!! They were so kind when they checked me in at the front as well and the paperwork was quick and easy. Kimberly took such good care of me and even helped me hold the x-ray instrument in a way where I wouldn't have to bite down on my painful tooth which I was so so grateful for. She explained everything she was doing and was extremely kind and professional. There was even a patient advocate who explained my options and billing to me and even offered me a blanket and checked on my comfort throughout. Dr. Wang was so kind, patient and gentle with me. She explained everything to me and what the future would look like after my extraction and how everything would go. She really took her time with me and they all constantly made sure I was comfortable, which meant a lot as someone who has had bad dental experiences before! I don't know how but I swear I didn't feel a thing throughout the whole extraction and was shocked when she told me it was already out! I recommend them over anybody and just wanted to say THANK YOU again!

The doctors and staff here are awesome. They do excellent work and will go the extra mile to take care of their patients. They have taken care of our entire family and we love them for everything they have done for us. 10/27/2022 Another awesome experience with Dr. Dean and his staff. Great people and excellent patient care. Customer service is top notch.

Please read my words. Please do not read between the lines. These are facts that pertain to me. I am any dental professional's worst nightmare. I have an impossible gag reflex. I can't abide being fussed over or people getting too close. I have a dental problem and I've know for years may have no obvious solution. That said, I have never been to a dental clinic that was more attuned to my personality and dental predicament.

The most professional and caring clinic I've ever been too!! The technology they used to address our issue during the first visit was incredible.
