First and foremost a Christ Follower. Secondly, a wife to Randy Franz. We have seven God fearing children and ten grandchildren that fill me with joy and call me Kiki. I am an Arkansas native from Batesville. I earned a degree in Biology from Arkansas State and Dental Hygiene at the University of Arkansas Medical School. I love every day going to work and I am thankful God placed me in this career! I am truly blessed having patients that I can call my friends, the staff that keeps my spirits up, and an incredible boss that prays for our day, how we treat our patients, and patients needs inour daily meeting. For this I am grateful! I am certified in administering nitrous, local anesthetics and prophys including periodontal disease and infection control. Upmost patient care in a great environment is why I believe I am where God wants me to be!
I was born and raised by wonderful parents in Shell Knob, Missouri. I married Daniel Welsh, a Blue Eye native, in 2003 and we have lived between Shell Knob and Berryville ever since. We love living in this area because of the beauty of the rivers, lakes and hills, the laid-back atmosphere, and the wonderful, good-hearted people. We love lake time, kayaking and hiking together. I also love to read the Bible, science, history and fiction. Languages and cultures are fascinating to me and I am fluent in Spanish. Daniel and I attend the Spanish Christian Congregation of Jehovahs Witnesses in Berryville. I have been a Dental Hygienist since 2012, and absolutely love taking care of peoples oral health and trying to make them as comfortable as possible.
I was born and raised on the Gulf Coast in South Mississippi and moved to Berryville in 2005. This sweet, quaint town is where I met my husband and have two children. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, going to the lake, and taking advantage of what the Ozarks have to offer. Dentistry was of great interest to me as a teenager and later in life I was blessed with the opportunity to work in the dental field. I feel even more blessed to work for a dentist like Dr. West who genuinely cares for his patients and strives to maintain a positive work atmosphere. I look forward to many years at Ozark Lakes Family Dentistry serving our community.

I am a Berryville native. I have two sons, whom I am very proud of. I enjoy hiking, camping, floating and attending concerts in my spare time. I love being with my family most of all. I have been in dentistry as a Registered Dental Assistant since 1988. I became part of this practice in 2004. I also joined the administrative team in 2017. My belief is that people should receive the best dental care possible. I am going to treat our patients the same way I want to be treated. Patients tell me that they feel like they are a part of our family. I believe I make a difference in peoples lives by making them healthier and happier. My job is very fulfilling and I am very blessed to be a part of this wonderful team.
I love working in my hometown where I have lived most of my life. I have been married to my husband, Dewayne, since January of 1991. We have two children and one granddaughter. My favorite past time is spending time with my granddaughter Mattie Jo and making memories. Dewayne and I attend Grandview Baptist Church where I enjoy working with the children and teen girls and Dewayne serves as the Associate Pastor. I have been in the dental field for over 25 years.
My husband and I have been happily married since 1988. We have lived in Berryville, with our sons, since 1992. We own and operate nightly rentals, known as The Carriage House, located in Eureka Springs. My family and I were patients of here many years before I joined the team in 2008. We continue to return as patients due to the relaxed family atmosphere and degree of professionalism provided by Dr. West and our team. Health and fitness are very important to me. I am grateful to have both of my jobs. Being a dental assistant as well as a fitness instructor enables me to provide a wide range of healthy living services to our patients. I attend Lone Star Bible Church in Eureka Springs.
