Today I had 3 wisdom teeth removed as well as a molar that was destroyed by one of the wisdom teeth. I have had very bad experiences with IVs. It has always taken 4 tries to get one in successfully. Blood draws are similar and are rarely successful on the first stick. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but she was able to get the IV on the 1st try. I also have never been sedated and she me feel less nervous. I had such a wonderful experience overall and would come back for my oral surgery needs in the future.

The emergency care I required (and received) at OPOFSC can hardly be described as wonderful, simply based on the circumstances surrounding an unexpected broken tooth, fractured below the gum, and accompanying blood, intense pain, diagnosis, and recommended correction; however, the entire experience--from making the first phone contact in the hope of acquiring an expedited appointment; being "squeezed" into an already overbooked surgery schedule; being evaluated; successfully having the first 3 steps accomplished of a tooth implant procedure--the fractured partial tooth extraction, bone graft, membrane, and suturing--all of which were performed swiftly, with aplomb, finesse, and without incident. At every turn, I was treated with compassion, respect, concern, and professionalism by every member of the staff--beginning with reception and concluding with the expertise of Dr. Lee and his support staff--including a nurse post-op call to check on me before the office closed for the day. Today's experience is unmatched--a seamless example of perfection.

I am so grateful to Dr Lee and I trust him completely. I have had numerous problems with my teeth and I am extremely satisfied with the results from Dr. Lee. He took the time to call my dentist to make sure he understood what the test results were. He has also helped me with an emergency situation and fit me into his schedule so I could get some relief. The people in the office are really pleasant, professional and knowledgeable especially Rachel and Becky.

I am very thankful to the entire team at Oyster Point Oral and Facial Surgery. I want to recognize the nurse, Ms. Ashley, who went above and beyond when I called about pain, and worked with the front desk to get me in sooner for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was super anxious about my appointment, but Dr. Lee and the entire staff were simply amazing to help calm my nerves. A huge thank you to Julia and Kim (and all the others), for taking such great care of me during my visit. The procedure to remove all four wisdom teeth was amazing and fast! They truly care about their patients here, because hours after my surgery, Ms. Kim was calling to check in on how I was feeling. I am beyond grateful to the staff here, thank you so much for working with me to accommodate my urgency and need.

Please take note when seeing google reviews that they can and are paid for by any business. Please do your due diligence and read reviews. Some are fake causing ratings to be perfect. This is an honest review by an honest person and I have not been paid to review. This dentist should retire. It is clear that his days really should be spent boating or golfing. It's Shows that's really what he would rather be doing. He turns down most of his clients as I witnessed as I was sitting waiting on him. If you even get an appointment he will waist your time and money! I had significant problem that caused me to be in agony. After waiting over a month to see this Dr. Lee I was told I needed to reschedule once he came into the room. Then when it was time for me to be seen that I would need to reschedule after waiting over a month to see him for a very painful problem. He did not even look in my mouth. Now that I have gone to this Dr lee, he and his practice have come up in conversation. I am relieved that he was lazy and did not want to do anything. Turns many people do not recommend him.

I had 2 wisdom teeth that needed to be pulled. One was broken down to the gum, the other had a large cavity between it and the molar in front of it. I had never had surgery, never even had a stitch, in my entire life (46 years old) and was a little bit worried from stories I heard from friends and coworkers. They clearly went to the wrong surgeon, as Dr.Lee had me numbed up and those teeth out in 15 minutes, with absolutely no pain at all. This is no exaggeration, literally no pain at all. The pinch of the needle in the top of my mouth was the only thing that I can say that was actually uncomfortable, and that was more of a pinch than painful. Afterwards, I was amazed that when the local wore off, I still had absolutely no pain. Anyone worrying about the pain of surgery in having their wisdom teeth pulled, need not to, from Dr. Lee. I am amazed that I had two teeth pulled out of my head yesterday, and there is no pain at all. I hope this helps ease the worry that others who need a tooth pulled might be going through. Don't sweat it. The real actual pain in the ... is having to eat soft foods, etc., for the week it needs for it to heal.

Just got 4 wisdom teeth pulled today. I was so nervous before the surgery but the entire staff were so nice and comforting (especially Kim!) and took good care of me. This office has a very professional and welcoming atmosphere. I have a follow up appointment next week and I'm really looking forward to it! I usually dread going to any doctor lol.

Dr. Lee and his staff were very professional and took great care of me. They also made me feel very comfortable being a new patient. Dr. Lee was very gentle with me and showed his concerns in regards to my teeth being cracked. He and his assistance made sure before the procedure that he was removing the correct teeth by contacting the other dentist that had done x-rays. I greatly appreciated their care and concerns. He really did an awesome job and the procedure was quick!

I brought my teenager to Dr. Lee for surgical removal of her impacted wisdom teeth. The office staff was very friendly & professional. In addition to us viewing a video that explains the procedure, we were also given the opportunity to ask any questions. Every thing we needed to know from procedural to financial was explained & documented to us well. I must say, if you ever had a fear of the dentist (or an oral surgeon as in this case), you would not have that here. Dr. Lee was very reassuring. He and his staff gave us the feeling of confidence from the very first time we came in. And I mustn't forget the follow up call...his office staff followed up with us the afternoon after the surgery to make sure my daughter was not having any problems or issues. The post op follow up appointment also went well. I give this entire practice five stars. They're awesome.

What a fantastic Dental surgical practice! Dr Lee and staff are World Class. I was sent here on a referral by my "normal" Dentist to have surgical procedures and I couldn't be happier (who says that about dental work, right?). I have to return a few more times to finish the lengthy implant process but am happy to be coming back here to get it done. I highly recommend this practice for their professionalism, compassion, competence, personality, and teamwork-- a very cohesive group. I appreciated how each member explained everything that was being done so the patient could understand. And they seemed to respond to my sense of humor. 5-stars, hands down.

Waited an hour just for a consultation. Spoke to the doctor for about 2 minutes at most. Very rude staff and would not sign papers for my employer. Decided to cancel my future appointment to go elsewhere.

Ask for the itemized bill first. Don't rely on them being flexible in any way. 1. 1. The staff is friendly, mostly. 2. The staff has been directed to only code the way dentist Lee wants it done. Not what helps the patient be covered by insurance. You are out of luck and have to pay full price if your insurance doesn't accept the code. 3. They could not find a vein to use for the IV on my son. It took two people, almost three, and three punctures/attempts, until they finally found something. The person did have to "dig around" to find the vein, however. She was saying that my son's veins weren't cooperating. That was disheartening to a 16 year old, who this was the first time he's had a blood draw and/or IV in his life. 4. The woman who rolled my son to the car upon leaving wasn't very helpful. She was a gorgeous tech who maybe weighed 110-115. My son is a healthy 215 pound male. She could barely control the wheelchair, let alone guide him when he had to walk into the car. I had high hopes, I'm sorry it didn't work out better!

I took my son to Oyster Point Oral and Facial Surgery to have his wisdom teeth removed. My son and I are both very happy with the results. First, the professionalism of Kim and Juli is beyond compare. Second, the procedure was completed with such an efficiency that I am still at a loss for words. Lastly, I received a phone call later in the day just to ask if my son was doing well. I am very pleased with the whole experience, especially knowing that I will use them again for my daughter when the time comes to have her wisdom teeth removed.
