I was recently there in your office. You Administrative / Receptionist Team are the worst to deal with. Very poor lack of customer interaction, very rude, no smiles and your staff seem as if they are dragged into your office. your office definitely needs to have the Human Resource department step in with some training courses on Customer Service. Your office has "Lack of Manners and Etiquette" "Ignoring Service Requests" "Not resolving an Issue" "Employee Burnout" "Misunderstanding Expectations" Someone from your office needs to send someone in the office for a "private review" of your staff to see how they talk and interact amongst themselves or to each other. It is like HIGH SCHOOL in there!!! Very awful! I will be back to observe and hopefully you have changed some staff or manners, or this will go higher. Good Day.

Great office but poor customer service. We called for an emergency the receptionist said they were booked already but she was going to help trying to find out something available elsewhere and she was going the let us know the same day but we never received any phone call until we did. And the reception sounds lost and some of the questions we did she didn't have the answers.

The 1st visit the nurses were very friendly and made my son at ease. The 2nd visit the Dr. As well as the nurses seemed less patient. They were unable to finish the last tooth. I'm wondering if it's so I'd have to come back and pay for the nitro and "brave juice". Which is very expensive. And not very affective. The mask they use for the nitro is so big it falls off his face anytime he's relax. They put these giant sun glasses to shield the light and they fall off his face. For being a child dentist office they should have things to better fit their faces.

The place offers good quality work but when our 5 year old had a very small cavity ,we were told our co payment would $140 for porcelain filling ,as my wife works for our health insurance company ,she knew metal fillings were free.When asking about doing a metal filling since those children teeth would soon fall out,we were told they did not work with metal and porcelain would have to be used! That being said about 3 weeks after paying $140 for the filling we received paperwork from our dental coverage stating our copayment is only $85 ,which the dentist office didn't do nothing about until we called and stated the facts ,now another month passed and we are still waiting on our refund check! As I stated their work is of good quality but make sure you check and double your coverage when dealing with this place!

This is the best dental office! We drive all the way from Simi Valley to see Dr. Cathy. The staff is always friendly and my kids love the games and movies that keep them occupied and distracted while waiting and getting work done. They really know how to handle different kids' personalities.

Hands down the best place to go! I went to another dentist office before coming here and it was horrible! They scared my boys and put pressure on us to do cavity fillings on our oldest. I didn't feel comfortable so we found this office and mrs. Cathy was a dream come true. She put my mind at ease and made my kids feel at home. The staff made it easy to bring all five of my kids (5 and under)! And the kids were seen right away! I was able to sit in the room with them while they were getting their teeth cleaned! The best part is my kids can't wait to go to the dentist and I don't feel like when I go I'm going to be tricked into doing anything unnecessary! Wish I had this place when I was growing up!

I recently took my 2 1/2 year old daughter for her first dental checkup with Dr. Arina at Oxnard Children's Dental Group. I was a patient there growing up and all my experiences were positive. They are still wonderful! Dr. Arina and the entire staff were amazing. I highly recommend the space ship as the place to go!

We love Oxnard Children's Dental! We have been seeing Dr. Betsy for years and both of my kids feel very comfortable and at ease, not only with Dr. Betsy, but with all of the hygienists - all of whom are patient and understanding. Dr. Betsy also communicates very well with me as the mom - so I completely understand what's going on with my kids' dental health. The bonus is that the children are rewarded for good brushing with prizes and new toothbrushes!

Dr. Endrizzi helped reassure me when I was worried about the eruption of my daughter's teeth. I was extremely impressed with her compassion, knowledge and dedication. We are so glad we found her!! I highly recommend her to everyone!!

Oxnard Children's Dental Group is a wonderful, warm, friendly atmosphere for kids. Dr Julia Endrizzi was very caring and patient with my grandchildren making their first experience with a dentist very positive. Dr. Julia is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and answer questions which is so important. The entire staff are kind and accomodating making the kids and parents feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this wonderful dental office and Dr Julia!
