Got two separate fillings here. Both times, I had to go back because the tooth was still in a ton of pain a month later. The dentist also missed with the pain killer on one of the fillings, and numbed the wrong part of my mouth and I felt everything. Place seems extremely incompetent in all aspects

I have been going to Oxford Dental for a few years, and have always had a great experience for my cleanings. The staff are all friendly and professional, I have been able to make appts easily, and it is a thorough experience without being there for a long time. I'm always pleased with the experience!

I received excellent care from Oxford Dental Group from start to finish. I'd like to thank Dr. Ken and his assistant for making the exam, explanation of care options, and procedure as easy as possible. I'd also like to mention the office staff for their ease in handling scheduling and insurance filing so quickly. I will use Oxford Dental Group again. Strongly recommended.

If a zero star rating was possible it would be well fitted for this dentist office. Besides the unprofessionalism that was displayed during an appointment my wife had for a "cleaning", the lack of care for a fellow health care worker and a police officer is extremely poor. Prior to the cleaning my wife was asked the usual questions regarding exposure to COVID....as a nurse, she has been exposed to COVID on an everyday basis. She explained to them that she has been tested regularly and has tested negative. After receiving this info the hygienist proceeded to Leave the room without saying anything. She could be heard immediately outside the room whispering to another staff member about my wife. (The office is small enough where everything can be heard regardless of the whispering). One of the many complaints is that the questions should have been asked prior to an appointment in order to avoid taking the time off and loosing money and time. The whispering shows the high level of unprofessionalism as I said before. Not sure what they plan on doing, but I guess anyone that has been exposed to COVID BE AWARE BECAUSE THEY MAY TREAT YOU DIFFERENTLY or more importantly MAY NOT TREAT YOU AT ALL. I also have a job where I consistently deal with the potential of being exposed to people with COVID. Needless to say, I or anyone in my family will not be returning to this place. I advise anyone contemplating on using this office to go elsewhere where you can be treated right.

My boyfriend had a filling done here and had to go back shortly after due to severe pain . After his second visit the pain was not resolved and upon his third visit he was told he would need a root canal which they proceeded to do despite telling him they were just prepping him for the root canal and without giving him a pretreatment estimate . This practice is unethical , the staff has no idea what they are talking about or how dental billing works . In the state of CT you are required to give your patients a pretreatment estimate prior to the procedure ! We will be finding a new dentist .

I needed a mouthguard and wanted it done well I would hear they wore courteous the atmosphere was happy and the dentist was thorough and competent. My mouthguard came in quickly and has been helping me with my grounding issue and I am grateful They were even good enough to work with me financially.

After having an issue with a tooth I came here for a root canal. For starters, the doctor's bedside manner is totally inappropriate. He has a very sarcastic attitude. He makes you feel very uncomfortable. He touched my hair without permission and asked me how I got it like that. What did this have to do with my tooth? Lastly, he is morbidly obese and has a really foul odor and he's laying all over me because he can't reached. Very uncomfortable to have your face in someone's undercarriage. All this being said after 2 or 3 visits, $3000 and a year later, I still have a problem with the tooth! All that for nothing. I would not recommend this practice.
