Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of our dental practice at Oxford Crossing Family Cosmetic Dentistry. Our dental practice consists of Merdad Memar DMD and Mojgan Shafieyan DMD, a husband and wife team, who both graduated from Temple Dental School and have spent over 20 years at this location, assisted by Marjan Shafieyan RDH, who manages the office. We are state licensed and use continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest practices and equipment.
Your first visit to Oxford Crossing Dental will include one of our dentists establishing a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain all important background information, such as your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor.

Drs. Memar and Shafyien are simply wonderful. I've been a patient for almost 20 years, and I can not imagine going anywhere else. Marjan the office manager is also the best

I have been a patient at this practice for the past few years, without a problem.I recently married and relocated to NJ and decided to continue my biannual visits. I rescheduled my December 2021 visit and scheduled a new appointment for me and my husband to attend together on April 1st 2022 which was their earliest availability. After not having received a confirmation call within the week of the appointment I contacted the office. I was told that my appointment was scheduled for Monday, May 9th. I informed the desk that I would not have made the appointment on May 9th because my husband is not available on Mondays. I was told I would get a follow-up call for a new appointment but was not contacted.

Horrible customer service. I switched both myself and my significant other to this office recently and have yet to go there. We waited 2 months to have cleanings. Canceled 3 times because they "couldn't verify our insurance" that their computer systems were down. I asked for them to call our insurance company since we waited this long for appointments, they stated that they would not do that and the only person that can verify benefits is the office manger via computer only. I asked to speak with the office manager, I was told no, after asking several times I was then told she was too busy to speak with me and maybe she could call me back....a week later still nothing. But they called again yesterday to cancel my appointment for today since they still cant verify my insurance. Needless to say, we will not be going here nor would I recommend anyone to go here.

I've been going to this dentist for at least the past 15 years and they are the best. Dr Shafieyan is the best, she always takes great care of me and she has literally watch me grow up!! She is so kind and sweet and the lady dental assistants are always really gentle.

I've been going there for 20 years... All my kids grew up going to them.... They are wonderful people and excellent dentists! Can't sing their praises enough! The staff is excellent!

i have been going here for years, the dentists are great, the front desk staff is exceptional, the office manager is a joke. They should make Jeanette, the front desk girl, the office manager. Today I received my 15th rescheduling phone call that an appt i made over a month ago would need to be moved a month up because the office was now going to be closed. This has happened repeatedly. When I complained again abt it, i was told apppointments arent really appointments, they are "estimations." Not in my world doc....see ya. If you arent busy and dont work and can schedule your life around an office that doesnt respect patients and their schedules than this is the place for you. I work and I actually expect places to keep appointments.

Can I just say that Dr. Memar is a lifesaver. I moved back into the area after living in NC for 4 years and finding a dentist I trusted was tough stuff. I was actually going to put off seeing a dentist until a filling fell out of one of my molars. He did his thing and it ended up being a root canal. Not a problem. Fast forward 2 weeks and the molar on the other side (the molar he predicted would be an issue) started giving me trouble. So much trouble that I couldn't sleep at night. My husband called the emergency number and Dr. Memar told him they'd fit me in that day. I walked in and he was ready to do a root canal. Six hours later and the only pain I feel is the soreness from the actual root canal. With that being said, thank you Dr. Memar. You not only saved the day, but you restored my faith in dentists.
