Dr Malan and the team at Owyhee oral and facial surgery are amazing and I 10/10 recommend going here. They are amazing at what they do and extremely kind and thoughtful. Had my wisdom teeth out a week ago and am already feeling great and back to normal !!

Dr. Malan is an excellent oral surgeon, and by far the best that I've used over the years. I recommend him without reservation, whether you need an extraction or an implant or just a second opinion. He's a lovely human being too!

Don't do business with predators. After my surgery I spent two weeks in horrible pain with constant bleeding from the questionable work. After calling every other day saying you need to be seen and you get nothing more than a no, it becomes very clear that they do not care. They lied about the surgery costs until after it was done, they never verified my insurance like I was told they did, and then once I reached out to let them know I was looking into options to deal with the situation they immediately sold off the debt.

Just got my wisdom teeth removed by Doctor Malan. Amazing place with an even better environment. Dr. Malan's assistant Becky was so amazing helping me feel comfortable with the nerves of being put under to get my teeth out! She was so welcoming and gave me the best instructions on after care for a speedy recovery and pain control. Highly recommend Owyhee Oral Surgery for any oral surgery needs.

I just had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. I was nervous walking in and when I walked out I felt over joyed with the care I received. I am a very anxious person and I felt very comfortable. They made sure my husband was included in everything and was updated on everything. Awesome staff and great service. I highly recommend this oral surgeon office.

I was very intimidated to go through a tooth extraction and bone graft followed by a dental implant.Everything went very smoothly. The staff was very friendly, professional and caring. Doctor Ballenger and his team are exceptional.

Yesterday was the first time we were at this dentist office and everyone was very welcoming! Becky was amazing and took great care of my son during and after his wisdom teeth extraction! She is amazing! Dr. Ballenger was very pleasant and answered all my sons questions and calmed his nerves and even made sure to let me know after that it went well. It is a Great clinic!!

These people are Awesome! They worked me into their schedule on a busy day & with only about an hours notice for emergency surgery coming from Oregon. Many Thanks! I believe other dentist offices could learn ever important etiquette from Owyhee Dental!

This dental visit was absolutely amazing! My mouth never swelled after my extraction and it's been 1 week and my mouth is almost healed completely. I would for sure reccomend Dr. Malan!

The staff is super friendly and the doctor is very compassionate. I am a very nervous patient and I was treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Malan and staff have a patient for life now!!!!!

Great experience! I had a tooth extracted today by Dr. Ballenger. Wish I could have more teeth pulled. Best experience I have ever had and I'm 78 years old!

Dr. O'Brian removed my wisdom teeth about 6 months ago, and not only did the procedure go flawlessly, but I can now say that I have had a very smooth healing process and would recommend him to anyone. He was very polite and accommodating. Thanks again!

Oh my goodness. These people are AMAZING. Every last one of them was so kind, so gentle, and so understanding. They did a procedure for me that another oral surgeon flat out refused to do, and did it wonferfully. I will DEFINITELY be going back to them to get my wisdom teeth out!! 100% reccomend them!

My 16 year old son had all 4 of his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. O'Brien. My husband and I both got to meet Dr. O'Brien, and he was very informative and reassuring before and after the procedure. He texted me personally to ask of my son's recovery process and make sure he was feeling alright twice, which was a very nice thing to do. I really appreciated the Dr.'s concern for him, and would recommend the practice any time.
