Dr.Malan and the staff were phenomenal. I had four wisdom teeth removed by them. They are warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. I have a HUGE fear of needles, Dr.Malan eased that stress very well with the actions that he took which resulted in me having little anxiety over it.

I highly recommend this business and it's staff. They were very informative before and after my daughter's surgery. They followed up and showed genuine care for her. They were also accommodating and understanding when she came out of anesthesia. Great experience and people.

Just had all four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Tim O'Brien. Highly recommend. 10/10 didn't even realize that we were through with all four extractions and I was only locally sedated (meaning I was awake for all 4). Couldn't believe how easy that was. Doctors and assistants were professional and polite, answering all my questions and concerns. Definitely suggest anyone go to Dr. O'Brien for extractions as he seems to have a firm understanding of both medical side as well as the patient's side of this kind of work. Thank you, Owyhee, for having an awesome team to work on my teeth.

Dr. O'Brien was fantastic. He was very professional with great chair side manner. He checked on our son multiple times to see how he was healing. And it doesn't hurt that he's a Dolphins fan. We highly recommend him!

Our visit to Owyhee Oral and Facial Surgery in Meridian was for a dental consultation. The office staff was pleasant and very professional. The front office greeting made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. We were somewhat pleased and surprised after meeting with Dr. Tim O'Brien DDS MD that he suggested proceeding with the extraction immediately if my husband and I were comfortable with that choice. A complicated medical background and cervical dystonia will not allow my husband to raise his head to a normal position making opening his mouth very difficult. The doctors' very gentle, excellent technique and dental expertise completed the extraction very quickly. So swiftly that I was astonished when his assistant Becky told my husband that he could now close his mouth, they were done. In less than one hour after meeting Dr. Tim O'Brien, we were on our way back home. Dr. O'Brien followed up a couple of hours later by phoning to check and see how my husband was doing and also to encouraged us to call or text him personally if we had any further questions or concerns. We highly recommend choosing Dr. Tim O'Brien, DDS, MD, and the Owyhee Oral and Facial Surgery Center for a very wonderful, professional, and caring experience.

Owyhee Oral Surgery and Dr. O'Brien in particular, are great. My husband, daughter and I have all had oral surgery needs in the last year and we couldn't be happier with our outcomes. Not only were they much more affordable than other surgery centers in town, they also had an awesome bedside manner and after care, checking in with us the evening of the surgery. Dr. O'Brien also communicated with our orthodontist to ensure the plan laid out for my future implant/braces is logical and cost effective. Highly recommend!

Dr Tim O'Brien was such a incredible surgeon for my son! He went above and beyond with both my boys post op care, when my 21 yr old son got dry socket. Super grateful! Highly recommend this clinic

Dr. Malan and his staff were so patient and accommodating when there was a confusion between our dental office that had told us they had scheduled surgery for that day and the office had it as a consultation. It was an emergent situation and they moved things around to make it possible for my daughter to have her infected teeth removed. We could not have felt more of a priority and treated attentively. What an amazing group of people!! Thank you for everything :)

Dr. Malan and his team we're such a blessing for our son's oral surgery. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. A thorough consultation and we'll explained plan, then organized cost expectations with friendly team to coordinate the surgery. He took a simplest first approach and we were not only able to save costs, but take care of our son in a less invasive and easier recovery way. We consulted with another surgeon in the area and there was a big difference at Owyhee with the friendly team, no nonsense and easy communication. Try them out yourself and see.

My husband Jim recently had some extensive extractions and tori removal by Dr. O'Brian and he was wonderful to work with! He is very good at what he does and the when the denture provider recognized great work after viewing his gums, that told us Dr. O'Brian is excellent at shaping gums for dentures! One thing to note as well is my husband is a type 1 diabetic with a pump and the Dr. was very good at checking his blood sugar levels throughout the process while my husband was under on the two occasions he went in for the procedures. Very concerned he watched that and for that we are truly grateful! I would recommend going here over all other oral surgeons as Dr. O'Brian and his staff are wonderful!

Dr. O'Brien has done a great job for me and my son. Highly recommend him. So awesome with patients. He explained stuff completely and has a terrific sense of humor. The entire staff is happy and helpful. They love what they do and it shows.

The folks at this location were good at making my experience a great one. Dr. O'Brien did the removal of a tooth and from beginning to end I had NO pain, ever. He's awesome!! And he has a great sense of humor ... I would strongly recommend Owyhee Oral & Facial Surgery to anyone that has any need for oral care!! Shary Colvin

Best place ever! Clean and friendly too, and Dr. O'Brien explains everything, every little detail his going to do. Would highly recommend this place and Dr. O'Brien too, he even checks on his patients over the weekend! And I have 4 months here from California, and this is my first time a doctor would check on me over the weekend.

Dr. O'Brien was excellent and wonderful! He was very friendly and explained everything regarding the procedure. His assistant and him missed lunch to extract an infected tooth if mine, and fit me in their busy schedule without hesitation. He followed up after hours, and when I had questions he was quick to answer. He is exceptional! I highly recommend him!
