Dr. Sue Dinh is originally from Houston, Texas, where she grew up and attended the University of Houston for her undergraduate studies. She then applied to dental school, where she received admissions to several competitive schools. The decision came down to where she felt she would get the best clinical experience to prepare her for a career in dentistry, which culminated in her decision to attend the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Graduating from Detroit Mercy Dental School in 2018, Dr. Dinh has worked for two very different dental companies and gained very valuable work experience as well as skills that she continues to hone every day in her practice.
After three and a half years of working for corporate dental companies, Dr. Dinh finally decided to venture towards ownership. The search for the perfect fit took Dr. Dinh to many offices with varying patient populations and clinic settings but never anything that seemed like a perfect fit. That is, until she visited Owosso Dental Center, where Dr. Timothy Glowniak was on his way towards retirement. Dr. Dinh and her husband, Sean, visited Owosso Dental Center in the fall of 2021 where they saw, in their opinion, the perfect fit. The transition process took until the beginning of 2022 for everything to finalize and for Dr. Dinh to start working in January of 2022.
So far, the journey has been very arduous, as this is Dr. Dinh and Seans first time purchasing a dental practice and everything has been new and sometimes bumpy. Overall, it has been a great learning experience for the young couple navigating the ins and outs of practice ownership and joining Americas great small business owners. Dr. Dinh strives every day to provide the best service to her patients.
During this transition process, they were able to retain the entire staff of the existing office and add a new little member to the team. This new member can be seen roaming in the front nonclinical side of the office, where she greets new patients and brings joy to the entire staff with her antics and sweet demeanor. Her name is Kora, and she is the offices newest member and mascot. She is a West Highland White Terrier who loves to meet new people and bring smiles to everyone she meets.

This place was ok but ...... made my first appointment seen the doc an i told her i wanted the tooth removed !! I was given antibiotics an sent home with a appointment tow weeks later !! The pain was terrible an i was not given any pain meds at all !! So the day before the extraction i get a call the doc won't be in that day !! Then proceeds to tell me it will be another two an a half weeks ! Are you kiddin me ?? This to me is not taking " good" care of your paying customer !! No i do not reccomend this place Obviously goin to a caring dentist that can take care of me !!

I've been going to Owosso Dental Center for many years! To be honest, I was concerned about the switch from Dr. Tim - we had known him for a long time. However, when I met Dr. Dinh, she was kind and gentle and we laughed and chatted about concerns. I have always loved the office staff - they are very much the same fun crew. Love my hygienist, she's a hoot - and we just laugh back and forth the whole time! I'm looking forward to many more years in the same dental office. You SHOULD check them out!

It's been hard to find my son a dentist that is able to work with him being antsy and this dentist works really well with him. They are friendly and all my kids enjoy coming here!

I've been a patient here for the last 16 years. The staff here has always been very accommodating, friendly, and genuinely care about their patients. The flexible schedules are fantastic and make it easy to get in. I highly recommend checking Owosso Dental Center if you're looking for a dentist.

I went back to Owosso Dental Center after years elsewhere. I was told that Dr. Tim was no longer there. I discovered the most wonderful dentist, Sue Diah D.D.S. She is the most caring and conscience dentist I have ever experienced. The care she took in making sure my new dentures were as perfect as they could be left me with the feeling I was important to her. Her skill level I have not experienced in my life. The entire staff, some of which have been there for years, are considerate and do not just rush you out the door. Greeted with smiles and treated with care are not what you always get at the dentist..... unless you take yourself to Owosso Dental Center :-) I recommend this office with my whole heart.

First time for my eight-year-old daughter getting cavities filled and a tooth polled and they were very very friendly and amazing supportive staff and they cared about the parents and the child's feelings love this place very recommended

I have been going here with my 3 kids for several years. They always love going which is pretty amazing for young children. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

The support staff and hygienist are very nice and professional. The dentist herself is very rude and her technique is rough. I finally have dental insurance and was ready to try and get my teeth taken care of. I came into the appointment optimistic, even though my teeth are terrible. I left in tears. Would not recommend under any circumstance. I am looking for a new dentist ASAP.

The staff was friendly for the most part but the end results of my visit are awful. I was told that two of my teeth could be done in the same visit even though I was only there to fix a lost filling. I agreed to this because I was told that my total cost would be about $470 but when my appointment was done and I got to the front desk, I was told they mischarged me and I still owed over a $100 more. I wouldn't have gotten the second tooth done if I had known it was so much. As for my teeth, they've turned out terribly. When she was wrapping up, I told the dentist that it didn't feel right but she dismissed me and didn't listen to what I was trying to explain. My teeth are now rough to the touch and way too long and sharp on top and there's weird bit on the side where it's not level with the rest of the tooth. I can't chew food on my left side at all now because it hurts so much. Even just shutting my mouth completely hurts now and I constantly taste blood, which I can only assume means that there's something else wrong that I can't see. They want me to come back for a check up and I've been told this will cost something like $400 but I will not be back.

So let's be honest for the most part we don't like going to the dentist but I have got to say that you can feel the passion this office has for their patients from the moment you walk in. The reception desk was very friendly and happy to help in anyway (my appt needed to be rescheduled and they made sure to fit me in as soon as possible). The dental assistant Courtney is amazing; hands down the BEST experience I've had for a cleaning (never aggressive and a joy to talk to)!! Dr Sue was thorough with her exam and explained every step along the way! So if you're looking to make a change...Owosso Dental Center should be your first stop...it will be your last cuz...this office is GREAT!!
