My experience going to this office has been pretty good. I was even a patient here before Dr. Moss took over and everyone has done a great job. I never have to worry about my teeth because the office is so close. Pricing is reasonable without insurance, they even provide a discount if you sign up for it.

1000% recommend. Dr. Moss and his team were very patient and most of all informative. Came in expecting to lose a tooth and Dr. Moss was able to save it and most of all EDUCATED me on the care plan moving forward. His front office staff also took the time to educate me on my dental insurance plan and what to expect. This is the first time I've left the dentist wanting to come back on my journey to the Hollywood Smile. Great seeing a black man in medicine doing great things!

Dr.Moss is by far, the most gentle handed professional dentist I've ever had the pleasure to meet and have a dental procedure performed on myself. I'm sure many others like myself, have concerns when it comes to the "Novacaine Shot". Dr.Moss was very light handed and precise. I didn't even feel it at all. The simple filling he performed on my tooth was "Quick and thorough". The entire staff was very welcoming and warm from the moment I walked into the office. I highly recommend Dr.Moss and his wonderful staff to everyone. My fear of going to a dentist has now been conquered in all avenue's etc. Thanks for a pleasant experience to the entire professional staff at "Owings Mills Dental Care". You are the best!

5 STAR HE IS , PROFESSIONAL BLACK MAN BLACK DENTIST BLACK STAFF !! A PRECIOUS DIAMOND IN OWINGS MILLS. HE HAS PATIENCE I was scared and I talk a lot Being in the dental field myself , None of the instruments he use was new to me but it's different being a patient. HIS STAFF IS KIND. I FELT COMFORTABLE , I FELT SAFE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF BUT THIS OFFICE AND I CANT SEE MYSELF GOING TO ANOTHER OFFICE. This office is everything a person could ever want from a practice!!! 5 STAR CARE I got a RCT and didn't feel a thing from start to finish ! Wooooow ! DR MOSS IS THE BOSS !!! periodttt

I am very pleased with Dr.Moss and the entire staff at Owings Mills Dental Care I'm very sad that as of May 2022 they will no longer except my insurance plan and I will have to find a new dentist.I appreciate everything that they have done for me

This is by far the best dental provider I've been too. I have had several bad experiences with dental providers. Recently I went to a different one around my county and it was just awful I happened to look online and saw that this dentist was pretty good so I went in for my teeth get clean and Lady tech is amazing so nice very sweet. And the front desk ladies are just wonderful. I believe Dr Moss is the dentist I saw and he is very very nice very calming. I am in a very nervous person and was super upset and worried cuz I know my mouth is a lot of work done and they were all very good with their bedside manner and made me feel comfortable in that takes a lot lol. And I didn't feel like I was rushed in or out of the appointment so that's good. I will be reviewing again after I get my crown slash root canals and fillings. So glad I finally found a good dentist. Will be bringing my daughter into as well which is great that they accept children.

BLACK JOY IN DENTISTRY! Excited to see an African-American dental staff that is very professional and you can watch tv while getting your teeth cleaned. They also have smooth R&B sounds for your enjoyment!
