Dr. Ayoub is amazing! I've never had a dentist like her. She makes you feel comfortable, she is very knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. The staff are so friendly and organized. They welcome you in and make sure you have everything you need. They all make going to the dentist a great experience.

The dentists and staff are phenomenal. Everything is explained in a manner that is easily understood. The costs are reasonable and the office has all the newest technologies. I received a crown in 2 hours, start to finish.

Love Oviedo smiles dentistry the staff is friendly and courteous and Austin worked really hard to get me an appointment that was convenient for me. Definitely recommend you won't be disappointed.

Great doctor and assistants but terrible receptionists/office staff. They don't return calls, appointments get cancelled the morning of with no reason and no notification so you show up for no reason (they also give you a reminder for the no longer valid appointment the morning of), and questions that get asked never get answered and they always say they will get back to you, although they never do. Can't recommend unless you're willing to roll the dice on most things, including have an actual appointment.

They talk down to you a lot and during cleaning they hurt you first then explain what they are doing to you. They are very aggressive and not compassionate. They always sheeted shocked you don't floss 4 times a day so this is why this is going to hurt you today. They show very little compassion or education.

As someone who HATES the dentist, after having not gone to one for 3 years, and finally getting coverage, this place was a amazing experience. The staff was so friendly, and communicated everything very well. And they were very clear on costs as well as what they recommended to me. 10/10 I wish I had been going to this place my whole life.

Great staff from Charro at the front to Jonathan the dentist assistant being professional, knowledgeable and great at communicating. Dr Ayoub was terrific explained all the steps in the procedure. Everything went smooth and timely. Nice professional atmosphere with caring Thank you

My hygienist Ramses was more than amazing I used to hate coming to the dentist for my cleanings due to my sensitive teeth but Ramses was more than gentle and made my experience extremely satisfactory

If you decide to go there be ready to hear: this is not how we do it in this practice.1- If you will like to be seen every 6 month and not 3 you need to convince the dentist to talk to the supporting cast so they will said yes.2- You don't want X-ray every 3 or 6 months even if your insurance paid only 1 a year they will not see you. 3- You need to see a different dentist because your schedule doesn't match with your existing provider taught luck for you they don't do that. 4- You want to be told you need for $3000 of care every 3 or 6 months this is your place. This place is the worst medical practice I never seen they don't lesson to patients. Dr. Dermarkarian did a phenomenal job at making me feeling comfortable and pain free during my visit. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable which eased my mind about my concerns.

DONT BOTHER COMING HERE ! Honestly very disappointed in the dentist I saw, she was very pushy towards the treatment and was trying to make me get a procedure I wasn't interested in nor did my insurance cover as it was a cosmetic procedure. I Was in severe pain and just wanted an extraction, however she completely disregarded that and wouldn't do the extraction because I didn't want to do the two cosmetic procedures that the office wanted me to pay for that were not necessary. It's very clear she was all about the money and wanted me to pay 500 more out of pocket for something that was not necessary nor I was not interested in VS paying 60 bucks for an extraction. Very unprofessional!

Be careful with this place. They accept my insurance which has defined copays for services that are preset between them and the insurance company. What they did was try charging me almost 2 times the copay per service, I contacted my insurance company who told me this absolutely is not the case and even took the estimate with dental codes and itemized what I should be paying and it ended up being substantially less. After speaking with my insurance company I then reached back out to the office and was trying to explain there is a discrepancy and was asking they look back into it, I was told that they would not do so and was given a million excuses for why the price is that way. When I asked for clarity I was given none and told that I basically need to accept this quote as is or find another office. I asked for the opportunity to schedule an appointment where I could come in and speak with both Mrs. Mira Bhula and the insurance company to clear everything up and that whatever the outcome would be is continue services. Mrs. Mira then became very upset with me and was yelling at me explaining that she's been working with these types of insurances for 20 years and that she would not be open to speaking with the insurance company with me present. The office then hung up on me, I called back to try and get my medical records and was told no then they hung up. I called back twice after that and was just placed on hold with no responses. This is simply amazing that they would rather treat people poorly, take advantage of clients and not honor their agreement with insurance companies. Please if you go here contact your insurance company before you sign off on services, know your copays, know what you should be paying, don't just take their word for it. This is a highly predatory office that will overcharge. Edit: Response to the request for me to call in - You have my information, you can call me anytime. I was asked by Mira Bhula not to call back again so if you're trying to speak with me then you will have to reach out.

Stay Away. One problem is that they have only one dentist, and so you will have to wait about 10 to 14 days for your appointment. Another problem is that they charge $25 dollars if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appt.

Been to alot or sh*tty dentists before oviedo smiles. Im so glad our family found them. Great with figuring out treatment plans and financing. Everyone knowledgeable and helpful. Dentist is very ztraight corward and i appreciate and respect that

I read the reviews and my experience was not like some of them. They got me in quickly, was in my network. Dr Pak was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. They called Endodontists and got me in right away, had root canal 30 minutes later. Afterwards they got me in the next day to put permanent filling in crown. Didn't try to sell me on anything. Very pleased with the entire office. Update: Now have seen Dr Ayoub for tooth extractions and crown replacement. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and really took the time to alleviate fears. She saw me multiple times post op to address concerns quickly. I would highly recommend this practice.
