An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I was totally disappointed with the lady take took me in the back room. The dentist said there was a lot of movement and she was uncomfortable. I had no idea what she was talking about and why she even said that. I never made any movement towards her and Why she would feel uncomfortable. But if my presents made her uncomfortable, maybe she should get another job.

Where do I start. I was an existing patient without being seen for two years, give or take. I came back due to TOOTH PAIN where an incoming tooth was blocked by a lousy baby tooth that is still present and could not have made it more clear vocally or on their paperwork. I was referred to oral surgery and an orthodontist ( for crowns I never was concerned with) and told I needed a thorough gum cleaning but Dr. Valoria never discussed the PAIN IN THE TOOTH. I had to schedule my own appointments from His referrals ( whatta joke) and cannot be seen till early August. I also had to schedule an emergency dental appointment earlier this week due to out of control abcess on mentioned impacted area that was lanced, drained and irrigated at another office. So today I returned to clinic for thorough teeth cleaning ( which in all fairness the hygenist did a great job) and talked to the DDS about either getting me in quicker for tooth removal ANYWHERE or getting pain medication till Wednesday when I can be seen. Not only was I denied pain medication but I was questioned as if I was lying about the emergency appointment earlier in the week. On top of that he stated this was the first he has heard of tooth pain despite the initial visit where TOOTH PAIN was discussed and documented repeatedly on paperwork and referred for SURGICAL REMOVAL. Not only that but the dental office I visited earlier in the week called OPMD and discussed my dental situation over the phone with someone and my X-Rays were forwarded from OPMD so how could this be the first impression there was a problem. This discussion with the dentist today was not only frustrating but embarrassing as I was being called a liar and eventually told to go to the emergency room if I was in so much pain. So in conclusion, Dr. Richard Viloria is an individual you should not trust any serious dental issues as either he is a bad dentist or just a simpleton. Lastly, this "dentist" suggested I may have have a sinus condition causing this pain but I had a CT of the sinuses done earlier that day ( guess he didn't bother to listen when I told him I worked for an ENT office) and nope, no issues there. I would have shared this information with Him but at this point in the conversation it would have done no good, he was convinced I was lying for pain medication. Avoid this dentist at all cost if you have pertinent dental issues.

I called this office last week with some questions and concerns about my family of 3, which includes a little one. Jess was the one I spoke with. She took the time to explain things to me and answer all the questions I had. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely be recommending this dental office to my family and friends.

From the initial scheduling (she was so patient and accommodating) to the actual appointment (loved the dentist!) It was seamless. They walked us through everything and explained everything. (We had to do a crown) the technology they have for it is amazing and so fast (no waiting 2 weeks for a crown). I'm super happy and excited to have found a new dental practice!

A+ patient care. I just saw Dr. Viloria and he was extremely respectful and made me feel cared about. He was gracious with my anxiety and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Office staff is so inept that they don't even know to check the insurance eligibility before going ahead with the treatment. Me and my wife both have to shell out $800 out of pocket just because of those incompetent people. Save yourself from all the trouble find a better professionally managed dentist office.

Friendly from first call! Fast. On time. Dr. Super! All staff excellent too! Had semi emergency. Called late Monday. Seen morning next day. Turns out polishing a ledge was needed. Thank you!

The ENTIRE STAFF deserves 5 stars and more!! They were SO HELPFUL and AWESOME. They worked it out so that I could get the best care possible in an emergency situation. Dr Gayed was a hoot! And all of the staff treated me like I had been a patient for years. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Horrible I had a root canal done and I still have pain. I will be going in there or the third time they keep telling me it's normal to have pain after 2 weeks ?? Don't think so!!!
