This is the best dentist office in the Metairie area. My husband got his dentures made here and absolutely loves his new smile! I would definitely recommend this office for any of your dental work needs/ wants.

I recently had dental work, so I'm going to reserve my final judgment in a few weeks, after which I will evaluate this practice. Up to now everyone has shown that they care enough to make sure my outcome is what I expected. August 16, 2022 After over 1 year since my crown was replaced, I have tolerated constant pain from a hyper-occlusion caused by grinding the base of my original tooth too deeply, resulting in the nerve of that tooth being affected. At this point the only solution to relieve the pain would be a root canal in order to deaden the nerve and eliminate the pain. Dr.Shelby Spatz will not admit any fault or responsibility for her action. I expected her to authorize payment to an endodontist, but she refused. For my entire life I have never had any problems with my dental work, until now. I will be seeking a new dentist in the future and not recommending Outshine Family Dental.

Knowledgeable dentist and staff with superb and courteous service. I went back four times in two weeks and each tine I got the appointment right away and received excellent service with a smile. Overall very happy with the service.

I can't put into words how professional Out Shine dental is.Me and my kids have been patients for over 5 years and the service keeps getting better. Now I don't have to look for a oral Surgeon to do my implants because now they have full trained and licensed one

This place is amazing. They got me in same day because I was having a lot of pain in the lower left part of my jaw. Turns out, my tooth was fractured and I needed a crown. The dilemma I had was that I am having a baby kind of any day so coming back could be difficult. They were able to do everything I needed that day. The staff are all so sweet and accommodating. I will never go anywhere else for my dental issues. These guys are great!

I was referred to go to OutShine Family Dental for cleaning by Dr. Craig Murphy (orthodontist). These people there are sooooooo friendly and I really felt welcoming. They knew I'm deaf and were very very patience w/ me!! I would recommend everyone to go to OutShine Family Dental. I will be seeing these beautiful people in 6 months!!!

I've been using SRD for a while. Easy to get in and be seen even during covid-19. They'll explain everything as it happens, give ton multiple options, and don't pressure you into any treatment. Would highly recommend.

Always professional the staff always treats me with respect and goes out of their way to make me comfortable. The dentist explains procedures and takes her time. I have always been afraid of dentist and they go the extra mile To make sure I'm calm and relaxed every visit I Travel half hour just for the quality treatment would definitely recommend.
