Quick check-in and smooth. XRay room was dirty and had to wait 15-20 min in the dirty room. Seemed excessive with the X-rays about 20 photos and the equipment kept overheating. Moved over to a new room for teeth cleaning and that room was much cleaner. The lady cleaning my teeth was very friendly, quick and did a great job cleaning my teeth.Doctor also was very thorough with his examination at the end.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe Outshine Family Dental. They are highly efficient, extremely thorough, the most knowledgeable and above all, wonderfully kind. My son and I have been patients there for almost eight years, and we love the doctors and staff! I always look forward to my next visit. I had a root canal done recently, and it was painless thanks to Dr. Voelkel. He has completed a few crowns for me too, and every visit is painless, and a pleasure as far as dental work goes. I Don't want to have to go to the dentist, but when I do I know I'm in good hands with Outshine Dental in Covington.

I usually am not a big fan of dentist appointments but Dr. Lewis and the rest of the staff make it a much better experience! Highly recommend this dental office.

Dr Voelkel is one of the most kind and gentle dentist I have ever been to. He has made my dental experience at his practice the most comfortable where I leave very happy to come to my appointment. He makes sure you are satisfied 100% with no doubts. Hid staff is the best also.

Very clean and bright facility. Check in was quick and the wait was short. Teeth cleaned by Mary Catherine, no wasted moves, she was very professional and knew her job. Answered all my questions. She represented Covington Dental very well.

Oh my goodness!! This practice including Dr. Lewis has been the Best Cosmetic Dental Practice I have been to for a comprehensive exam, cleaning and treatment plan! They are not here to take all your money. But, besides that everyone is so super nice I am so happy that I took the time to drive from Metairie to Covington and look forward to be treated by Dr Lewis.
