Felt very welcome from the minute I walked in! The staff fit me in for a consult same day. Everyone was super kind, friendly and helpful. Dr Otteson himself gave me helpful information regarding my situation and was also very friendly. Impressed with everyone there! Thank you!

I would like to highly praise Doctor Otteson for the exceptional service provided. He was able to fit me into his schedule on an emergency root canal that needed immediate attention due to rapid infection. When I contacted him on a Saturday, during non-business hours, he first diagnosed the issue over the phone and even offered to come into the office on Sunday to perform the procedure. I was experiencing increasing pain but felt I could manage to wait until Monday. I was highly impressed that he would even make that offer! When I did arrive for the appointment on Monday the level of care I received was truly amazing. He and his staff were like a well-oiled machine and were quick and efficient and focused on my comfort and well-being. Everything was fully explained and went extremely well. I really can't thank Doctor Otteson and his office team enough for such caring and compassionate and professional care. Ray

I am in transit to my home in Montana. Last evening the lid/cap on the post for my implant came out. Fortunately, my sister has a long term dentist in the area. She called and they got me in at 0700. Needless to say, the lid needed to be in place to avoid complications with my implant that will be completed by my dentist in Montana in two weeks. The staff members were professional. The attendant greeted me and entered my information promptly. The dental hygienist escorted me to the chair. She was professional and gentle. Within minutes the dentist saw me. He was equally professional. He asked the needed questions. He offered me a local anesthetic for comfort while torquing the lid in place. I asked that we try without. He was extremely gentle and explained things to me. When we finished, I thanked them and went to pay. They said it was a a no charge Visit. I did not expect that and offered to compensate them. The Answer was still No. This is my lone visit and I probably will not come back as long term patient. But, if I needed anything dental in the area, I would not hesitate to return. I fully trust them. My review is totally uninfluenced by the gratis service. Professional and friendly and timely and trustworthy. What else would you want or need from a dental office that practices and provides gentle care. Thank you to all who helped me today. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OTTESON DENTAL.
