We believe in taking the mystery and anxiety out of seeing the dentist and getting the best dental care possible. There is nothing more rewarding than the special bond we form with our patients from young children to their parents and even grandparents. Dr. Ottesen and her experienced team pride themselves on knowing our patients as people with genuine concerns and sincere smile goals.
When a new patient visits our Niceville dental office for the very first time, they are often surprised by how warm and welcoming everything is compared to stuffy and clinical. We always strive to create an environment that lends itself to comfort so you feel right at home.
Dr. Ottesen has completed advanced post-graduate training at the prestigious Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL, to elevate the comprehensive dental exam you receive. For the patient, this co-discovery process provides ample opportunity to express concerns and objectives while learning and experiencing his or her own oral health conditions in a meaningful way.
We will screen you for periodontal (gum) disease, TMJ disorder, assess your bite and jaw muscle, oral cancer risks, and other pathologies which would affect your oral and overall health. That is because the more we know about you and your smile, the better we are able to provide the very best possible care for you and your family. We want not only your mouth to be as healthy as possible, but also the rest of you to be in great shape too. Its the kind of comprehensive dental care you would expect from the dentist, but do not always get. We are here to change the way you feel about dentistry for good!
