They are amazing. I was referred to them by my incompetent dentist for a treatment I didn't really need. The dr at OE did not do an unnecssary procedure and was happy to hear my concerns and talk with me. The front desk and hygenist also super nice and professional.

I encountered the staff at Otsego Endodontics today for a dreaded root canal. Holy cow! I want to go back there for every dental procedure in the future! The entire experience was top notch. Jen greeted me in a friendly manner at the desk and turned me over to the rest of the crew. Entry single one of them was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment they employ is breaking edge. And they all gel famously with Dr. McMahon, who does his job quickly and thoroughly. I knew what my cost was before they laid a hand on me. I would whole heartedly recommend this office for any endodontic work to anyone looking.

We loved Dr. Nearing before his retirement and now Dr. Ryan B. McMahan has taken over the practice. He did an emergent root canal for me and I am still in awe of him and his staff and how they work together flawlessly, always explaining all the paperwork and procedures. What a team! The way Dr. McMahan works is something to behold all in itself. You'd almost pay, just to watch him work. Oh, excellent root canal work too! We won't be going to any other orthodontist and highly recommend him!

We loved Dr. Nearing before his retirement and now Dr. Ryan B. McMahan has taken over the practice. Best overall experience I've had at any dentistry office. Every staff member was more than helpful and very upbeat. The doctor does amazingly fast and thorough work. Also took time to show me exactly what he planned on doing before, then showed me what the final product looked like. I could go on for a while about how awesome everything and everyone at this clinic is. The point is, if you need a root canal, go here!

I couldn't have felt more comfortable and cared for as much as I did with Dr.Nearing and his staff. From my initial phone call to the operation- Dr. Nearing and his staff was very informative and considerate. I traveled from Petoskey to Gaylord and it was well worth it.

As a general dentist looking for an endodontist to refer patients from up North to....I stopped by Dr. Nearing's office unannounced. I would not hesitate to send a patient to him, nor to have him treat me. I found Dr. Nearing and his entire staff to be practicing Excellence in dentistry. All were very caring and concerned, putting quality of care and patient comfort first. His equipment and dentistry was on the cutting edge of technology. Thank you, Dr. Nearing, for such a wonderful experience.
