I had a filling fall out that needed quick attention, and Dr. Nicole Giddings was great and took care of it right away. The best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. The staff are so nice and accommodating, and genuinely focused on patient care and comfort. I actually look forward to meeting with them again to go over my dental plan for the future.

They seriously have the best customer service on the planet. They're extremely nice, and welcoming. The staff seems like they're always having a ball. The atmosphere is splendid to be around as well. I live 30 minutes away, and it's so worth the drive.

My son had extreme pain in one of his teeth. I took him to Otsego Dental and we can't thank them enough for everything they did. Paul Sheils did a great job saving and repairing the damaged tooth and most importantly, stopped the pain my son had. Thank you!

I suffer from severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. When I finally am able to get enough nerve to make an appointment, the staff and Dr. Shields already know my struggles. The way they deal with my anxiety is amazing. Each appointment is very specific to my needs. I have had no bad experiences with them at all.

I have always had anxiety about the dentist office, not only fearing the pain and drill but worrying about how I will be able to afford the work. The staff at Otsego Dental has always been so conscientious about my needs and fears. Dr. Sheils is conservative with what work he does and never suggests unnecessary treatment. I trust Dr. Sheils and the staff and feel very comfortable going there.

Going to the dentist isn't so bad when you go to Otsego Dental. Fantastic staff from front desk, to hygienists, to dentists. Great place!!

Jamie is absolutely the best!!! She knows her stuff and teaches proper technique and education about good oral hygiene. Dr. Sheils does a great job of giving his recommendations, but letting the patient have an input in their plan of care! They are top notch!

The front desk staff is fantastic! The 2 different hygienists I have had have been great and Dr. Scheils is well spoken and upfront. The only issues I have had are they sometimes run a few minutes late(don't we all) and their office manager had some hurdles with our billling. Other than that their great. We continue to pay the higher out of network costs due to their great staff

Dr. Sheils is an amazing dentist. I would suggest him to anyone I know. I think he genuinely cares about his clients and the health of their teeth. His staff is extremely friendly and informative too. His assistant Tammy is awesome!
