I've been a patient at Otsego dental for many years, and impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. I trust them, because they worked with me to find a process to prevent cavities And don't do needless work. I highly recommend them.

I bought the "savings plan" which includes: 2 periodic exams, 2 cleanings, 2 fluoride treatments, 4 bitewing X-rays and 1 full mouth series of X-rays. Dr. Sheils refused to do any work or provide any service, until the scaling and root planing are done, which costs $1,468! I didn't get anything from the savings plan, no cleanings, nothing but an enormous estimate of $26,000! Otsego Dental refused to refund the "savings plan". 5/16/2022

I LOVE going to the dentist here! Every employee is thoughtful, kind, and considerate. They always listen and also give me any information I need when necessary. The work they do is professional and far exceeds my expectations.

I typically don't do reviews, however, I have had the BEST treatment from Otsego Dental in all my 55 years! The staff is fun and energetic, and Sasha is amazing!! love the gift bag choices...... last but not least, Dr Sheils is thorough, he has never let me down. I would never go anywhere else, Thank you for all you do.

A bad situation handled with care and compassion. Frequently with a good sense of humor and lots of information so that questions are answered and no unexpected surprises. By their actions and attention to detail, I knew that my attending dentist and her assistant cared about and prioritized my comfort. Want as good a time in a dental chair as possible, take your denial concerns to Otsego dental. Tell them Mike sent you.

The personalized care and super friendly atmosphere makes it so that I'm always excited for my appointments. Dr. Giddings is delightful, and Annette and all the ladies at the service desk always give me a wonderful excuse to show off my smile. :-)

As usual Otsego Dental did a great job. This is the best dental office I have ever used and I have been a patient of Dr. Shiels for many years. BTW, I'm 64 so that's saying something. This time it was a cleaning and checkup and Anna did everything perfectly. So schedule and appointment, you'll be glad you did.

As usual I felt safe, comfortable and well taken care of at Otsego Dental. During the pandemic it has been very challenging to know what will be different and what will be the same. In an abundance of caution for patients and staff they have some new procedures in place but the same quality care and consideration.

I had the Hybridge dental implants procedure done with Dr. Sheils. I was recommend by a friend after visiting so many other dentist for this kind of procedure. I am very happy with my results. I had the work done last month and it has been life changing. Dr.Sheils and his staff has been amazing, considerate and caring. I had experience no pain and I can eat again! I highly recommend Dr.Sheils if you are looking to get Hybridge dental procedure.

I have been going to Otsego Dental for several years. I had some major restorative work done and I am now so proud of my smile. Now I go for my regular checkups and cleaning. The staff is always so kind and helpful. They also have the best chapstick!!!!!!

Came in for a checkup after 6 years without dental work. Had 4 cavities filled/fixed in less than two hours of chair time with Dr. Elton. He was professional and quick, and he explained the work that needed to be done in simple terms (even i understood). The dental assistant Laura was great too. Thanks guys! Pain free visits.

The dentist is usually an EXTREMELY nerve wracking and scary ordeal for me, but everyone there is so incredibly kind and really cared about me and my teeth that they made the dentist a pleasant experience... even with root canals! Cannot say enough good things.
