I think his office is closed, we showed up for an appointment and no one was there. I've dropped by twice in the morning during regular hours and no one was there. Dr. Otero...if you're still open, can you call me and reschedule appointments?

Dr Otero is amazing he is the kindest doc around and Stacy is a rock star! I just love those two!!!!!! I had the honor and pleasure of working there for a temp time and loved my job there! What a wonderful office !

I've been a patient with Dr. Otero for at least 30 years. Having once worked in the dental field I learned quickly, when you find a great dentist, stick with them. Dr. Otero is kind, patient, non judgemental and concerned about his patients comfort. I brag to friends about how his novocaine injections are 99% pain free. He will work tirelessly to make your smile perfect. The man is an artist! His assistant, Stacy is an angel. She listens carefully, always has a smile and is very knowledgeable. Recently I was having problems with decay and she suggested that I should have more frequent fluoride treatments. She saw a problem and gave me a solution that no one had suggested before. Dr. Otero and Stacy go above and beyond for their patients! Their new receptionist Dara is very nice and goes out of her way to help how ever she can. I miss Jean (now retired) who kept the office running smoothly and cared for our family like we were her own. Our family is so grateful for Dr. Otero and his team!!

I miss Jeanie. The new front office lady always demand payment up front regardless of your situation. The turn over rate on dental hygienists in his office is at an all time high. I never get the same one when I come for my cleanings. It's always a new face. Just sad what this place has become sine Jeanie left. Dr Otero is such an amazing doctor. I've been with him for over 13 years and the only reason why I come back is because there's no one else like him.

Complete lack of communication, misleading operating hours and phone number is disconnected after providing a deposit for service to be provided. A little professional courtesy to their patients would be appreciated!!!!!!!! They have all records and deposits hostage with no communication and no avenue to be able to see another provider without starting over from scratch.

I miss Jeanie. The new front office lady always demand payment up front regardless of your situation. The turn over rate on dental hygienists in his office is at an all time high. I never get the same one when I come for my cleanings. It's always a new face. Just sad what this place has become sine Jeanie left. Dr Otero is such an amazing doctor. I've been with him for over 13 years and the only reason why I come back is because there's no one else like him.

I love getting my teeth cleaned at this office BUT ever since Jeanie left they have a new receptionist that is TERRIBLE!!! Her name is DIANA. She schedules you for appointments at least 3 months in advance regardless of your situation. She promises to call you when someone cancels but she never calls back regardless of the time, incident or date.

Dr O and his staff are the best I have ever been to. They are very accommodating, efficient and REASONABLE ($) ! I have had two occasions when there was an urgent need to see him and both times he has bent over backwards to help. Great staff, all very comfortable there. It's a super "low stress" environment to work in which is great for patients and staff alike.
