Amazing office! Customer service on point. I saw Dr. Alexis and Dr. Gomez. Amazing doctors and totally recommend them to anyone. No gimmick no hustle....they're looking out for your best interest.

Staff lacks customer service. Trying to get an appointment scheduled should not be so difficult. The office asked me to call my ins company to get further info when I provided all the details I have on the email Nw cards issued by the carrier. On top of that with the attitude, speaking over me, etc. Other places, they verify with what's on the card. Their not- helpful unfriendly attitude made me go elsewhere. If you're in the medical / service industry please be more helpful to patients. We are your clients at the end of the day and you're not by no means the only provider. My advice, put your staff through a Customer Service training. Steer clear from this office if you're looking for good friendly service.

I have been a patient of ODC for nearly three years. I had several crowns installed. Alexis Otero worked with me using temporaries to insure my approval. I had an issue with two of the crowns installed as they were bulky: I wanted the bulk removed as it felt awkward and impeded on my "s" words. I met with ADRIAN GONZALEZ today, and he listened to my concerns, walked me through a few vocal tests, and discovered the issue! Dr. Gonzalez then knew exactly what to do! Dr. Gonzalez was VERY methodical in the use of his well-versed skills. I am a very "attention-to-detail" individual, and Dr. Gonzalez did not disappoint. Dr. Gonzalez has a KEEN EYE when it comes to dentistry. Most importantly, HE LISTENS TO HIS PATIENTS! This is paramount to success! I am VERY happy, and believe me... I am NOT easy to please. He is a true DENTAL ARTIST! The front desk staff, Rebecca and Melanie have always been kind, informative, and appropriately friendly. The dental technicians are seemingly well-learned in the area of dental techs. Thank you again Dr. Gonzalez for making me a happy patient! I'm sending my mother and husband next!

I went to this clinic because I saw " all the 5 stars ratings" but coming from a person who actually had a service done at this place ( 3 fillings ) please AVIOD THIS DENTAL CENTER AT ALL COSTS. Yes people are friendly and fast service but its not worth it !!! The doctor Adrian Gonzalez did NOT use any aniestia on my fillings. SO I FELT EVERYTHING! not only that I have spent the last 9 MONTHS chewing on on side of my mouth because he did not do my fillings correctly. I just got my refill done at another dental office and the doctor told me that the fillings were very shallow meaning that the previous dentist ADRIAN GONZALEZ used a cheap material to do my fillings. SO YOU MAY THINK IT'S CHEAP but it will cost you at the end .

very bad experience. Knows cosmetic stuff. But when it comes to cavities and in my case 2 root canals. after over a year complaining about the root canals he did. I Kept going back, charging me $ everytime i went back and problems never went away. When i finally decided to go to another dentist. They had to extract both theet he did root canals too. I also had to go to a specialist to redo the other cavities he worked on because he put a crown over them and left remnants of the cavity still inside. cost me thousands of dollars to resolve what he carelessly left behind.

Had a great expericne here and I am the type of person that hates going to the dentist. If you are in Homestead area you cannot go wrong going here. Staff was feriendly and helpful and there was virtually no wait. I think we found our new family dentist.

I was in need of a new dental office when I moved into the area. I researched and visited several other offices nearby and Otero Dental was by far the friendliest most professional office around. Dr Gonzalez was great and the whole staff was engaged and provided me with great service during my visit. My search is done as I've found my new dental clinic for treatments and cleanings.

Otero dentistry is by far the best dentistry I've ever been to. Gigi & Dr. Alexis are amazing and very helpful . Getting an appointment is always easy and they always work around my schedule. Highly recommend this clinic.
