Dr. Gonzalez has and is the most patient, caring person ever. I absolutely have a fear of all dentists but I have truly met someone who has hand-held me from Day One!!! I am confident and ready for all the phases and journey I will look forward to restore a great smile! I ask a million questions and they are all answered with such a warm response! Not only is my dentist the best everrrr--I must mention how wonderful, loving and kind all of his team members are! It's a smile party, alwaysssss! For me personally, it's been a wonderful experience and respectfully I look forward to all Dr. Gonzalez suggests and advises for my benefit and future! I can say I like, respect and love him and his work ethics and style. Plus as an additional bonus, he's funny and has two special princesses in his life, Kiki n his Gordita!!! Horrible customer service. I called to make an appointment, and they would not make an appointment unless I improved them with all my insurance information. Which is ridiculous, I just needed a date to go, I'll give them my insurance information and we could go ahead and move forward. At the end of the day, the dentist office does not lose anything by having someone come in and check their dental insurance information.

I have been a patient of ODC for nearly three years. I had several crowns installed. Alexis Otero worked with me using temporaries to insure my approval. I had an issue with two of the crowns installed as they were bulky: I wanted the bulk removed as it felt awkward and impeded on my "s" words. I met with ADRIAN GONZALEZ today, and he listened to my concerns, walked me through a few vocal tests, and discovered the issue! Dr. Gonzalez then knew exactly what to do! Dr. Gonzalez was VERY methodical in the use of his well-versed skills. I am a very "attention-to-detail" individual, and Dr. Gonzalez did not disappoint. Dr. Gonzalez has a KEEN EYE when it comes to dentistry. Most importantly, HE LISTENS TO HIS PATIENTS! This is paramount to success! I am VERY happy, and believe me... I am NOT easy to please. He is a true DENTAL ARTIST! The front desk staff, Rebecca and Melanie have always been kind, informative, and appropriately friendly. The dental technicians are seemingly well-learned in the area of dental techs. Thank you again Dr. Gonzalez for making me a happy patient! I'm sending my mother and husband next!

I think i speak for most when i say, i hate going to the dentist but this place has made me change that. This place, the entire staff and Dr Gonzalez are all absolutely amazing. I only starting coming here December 2019 and they have all made me feel so welcomed. I feel like I've known them for years. I highly recommend this dentist office.

This was my first time here at Otero Dental and definitely it won't be the last one. Facility looks very clean and well organized. I don't plan on going anywhere else.

Thank you to this amazing team! Great experience from the min I entered through the waiting room , the front desk girls were incredibly nice and let's not start with the team in the back. Not only is the doctor funny but caring and very detailed with treatment with his great help of assistants and how could we forget the hygiene part AMAZING overall! See you guys next week

don't go to this place. your teeth are very valuable to be in the hands of unprofessional people that the main thing is money not your health. I went for a filling and the Dr was not careful with the drill. When I finished, what they put on me was not the same color as my tooth, a stain could be seen and when I touched it with my tongue, it was not well finished. The Dr left a space between my teeth, and the food was left when I chewed horrible. the filling of the tooth fell out after 3 months, they use cheap materials. Do not buy the smile plan that they sell you, they offer you a discount and two dental cleanings after you pay for it and when you call they tell you that it is already expired they sell you something and then they don't even call you to schedule an appointment I feel cheated by them I had to visit another a much more prestigious dentist who was amazed at the work that had been done to me. In that clinic I was treated by Dr. Otrero and the other when leaving the clinic the girl at the front desk tells you to make a comment so they see that everything is 5 stars all lies !! Take care of your teeth find a better place !!
