Prior to studying dentistry, he got his Doctorate of Philosophy from Case Western Reserve University majored in modern neuroscience research and followed by working as a scientist at UC San Diego. Dr. Liu was an oral surgeon in China before he came to the U.S. He has almost 10 years clinical experience and has kept his continuing education up to date to ensure that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. For example, Dr. Liu is certified with advanced level of CAD/CAM 1 hour crown technology, rotary endodontics, bone graft with extraction, painless injection, etc. Recently, he has been awarded as one of America 's Top Dentists.
