Dr. Baig grew up in his mothers dental clinic, where he developed a passion for oral surgery, implantology, digital dentistry, and the highest standard of patient care. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor, which is currently ranked as one of the top dental schools in the United States.
Dr. Baig believes firmly in keeping up with the developments in research and the technology surrounding dentistry. He is constantly advancing his skill set through continuing education courses and seminars. It is a dream come true for him to be able to work side-by-side with his brother and mother.
Shaan Baig, DDS, is a general dentist at Century Park Dental Care. He is proud to provide a wide range of dental services to people living in and around the Century City area of Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Baig was born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in biology from Loyola University Chicago in Illinois in 2010. Following his mothers footsteps as a general dentist, he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry in 2016. At USC, he learned state-of-the-art techniques from world-renowned professors. With USCs standard of excellence, Dr. Baig is proficient in restorative dentistry, endodontics, and making people smile.

This is the first time I was having a filling done. Turned out to be 3 cavities in my front teeth, two of which were very old. Dr Shaan was great. The best news is that as the novacaine wore off, there was no residual pain.

Hi my name is dr robert nolan. I was a dentist for over 30 years. Today I came to Dr Burstein Office as I needed a crown on a lower molar The office was super professional. I wore a mask until I was seated in the dental chair One of the most wonderful things about the visit was that the injection was 100% painless On a scale of 1 to 10 this injection was a 10+ I am not just saying that. I have been to many other dental professionals over the years and his injection was wonderful. Once the procedure started there was a new device that that was put in front of my face that was like a powerful vacuum cleaner that suctioned any and all particles invisible or not into this device. This was a new device since Covid 19 has come about. I was so comfortable that I fell asleep during the impression and it had to be retaken because I opened my mouth. Also I did not have to wait at all. The procedure took only an hour for a crown from start to finish The only little critique that I can say was negative is that I wish my temporary crown was smoother on the inside of my mouth on the tongue side. I will have to go back for a minor adjustment. Thank you Dr Burstein for a job well done Dr Robert Nolan

During Covid-19, Dr. Burstein's dental office is fully equipped with special protective equipment to ensure the safety of both the patient and dental staff. As always, Dr. Burstein and staff are pleasant and reassuring that the procedures are safe and done with great care. With or without Covid-19 considerations, Dr. Burstein's dental office is the best!

Thank you Dr. Oswald Burstein for helping me achieve the smile that I've always wanted. I've been embarrassed for the most part of my life because of my strange looking tetracycline stained teeth. Over the years I learned it was easier to simply not smile in social situations. Years of hiding my teeth and holding back smiles and laughter weighed heavily upon my spirit and contributed to my depression. But no longer!..and I have Dr. Burstein to thank...for restoring my confidence to laugh and smile uninhibitedly like I once did as a child. By the time I called Dr. Burstein, my teeth were in bad shape, ugly and scary looking. In addition to the tetracycline stains and bands, my teeth were crooked, gapped, chipped, cracked, with bleeding gums, and had numerous areas of infection and decay. It had been years since I seen a dentist. By now, I was even more anxious and self-conscious about my mouth. And I was worried that Dr. Burstein would be quick to judge like others in the past. However, he and his team proved me wrong. They welcomed me with open ears, listened to my story, were compassionate and immediately made me feel at ease. In retrospect, the only thing I would have done differently is called Dr. Burstein sooner. Dr. Burstein and his team exude the utmost professionalism in all respects...from patient care to interpersonal skills to cleanliness to logistics. Every visit I've had has gone smoothly...from scheduling appointments, to parking in their reserved parking spots, to appointments being met on time, to when i say bye and drive off. Questions and concerns are clearly answered and addressed on time. Dr. Burstein always returned my phone calls within an hour, if not sooner. He listens, values what I have to say, and is not quick to dismiss. I believe Dr. Burstein is an exceptionally talented dental artist who is designing beautiful smiles with his tremendous knowledge base and skill set. There is no doubt he stays updated with the latest advances in dentistry, from research to its clinical applications.
