Dr. David Ostreicher graduated fromClark Universityand attendedColumbia University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his dental degree and certificate of specialty in orthodontics. After dental school, hecontinued his education and earned a his masters of science in nutrition and a masters in publichealth from Columbia.
Dr. Ostreicher is professor emeritus at Columbia University and theUniversity of New Haven. He is a member of theAmerican Dental Association,American Association of Orthodontists,American Public Health Association, and the Honorary Dental Society (OKU). After serving many years on the board of directors of theNassau County Dental Society, he became president of theNew York State Dental Association.
Dr. Ostreicher has published dozens of articles on dentistry and health, and served as editor ofFor Dentists Only, a scientific dental journal. His books, Brush Your Teeth! and other simple ways to stay young and healthyand7 Reasons to Straighten Your Teeth, are available at Amazon.com. Dr. Ostreicher is also a speaker for the National Bone Health Alliance, and a lecturer for Align Technology, Inc., the makers of Invisalign. He is the orthodontist who teaches other dentists how to use Invisalign!
Born and raised on Long Island, Dr. Bronwyn McAndrews attended C.W. Post College (now LIU Post). She received her dental degree from the University of Southern California and did her orthodontic residency at the University of Connecticut.
Over the years, Dr. McAndrews has enjoyed membership in the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, and the state dental societies of New York, California, and Connecticut. After practicing for years in Fairfield, Connecticut, Dr. McAndrews joined Dr. Ostreichers practice in 1994.

Albert has been a dental hygienist since 1992. A SUNY Farmingdale graduate, Albert is also is a big Yankee fan and ran the 2006 NYC Marathon. He lives in Deer Park with his wife Michelle and their two children, Jordan and Jaelyn. They have two dobermans named Oakley and Tori. Go Yanks!
Daynette worked as a dental assistant from 1989 through 1998. She enjoyed the field so much, she decided to continue her education at SUNY Farmingdale. Daynette graduated from the dental hygiene program in 1998, and has been a part of Dr. Davids team ever since. She enjoys music, fishing, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends. Daynette is also a proud aunt of two nieces and four nephews.
Debbie started here as a dental assistant more than 25 years ago. She now handles just about every aspect of our office, but specializes in billing and handling all insurance needs. Debbie loves spending time cruising with her husband Bob and son Bobby.
Delia joined our office in 2001. Prior to becoming a dental assistant, Delia was a customer service representative. She enjoys working with children, and during her spare time, Delia loves to shop and spend time with her family.
Denise has worked for the practice since 1987. She has filled various positions in our office, but has been one of our hygienists since graduating from SUNY Farmingdale in 1996. Denise and her husband Dan enjoy spending time with their two daughters, Riley and Kaylee.
After 13 years as a customer service representative for Ridgewood Savings Bank, Donna joined our staff in 2000. Donna will make you feel like one of our family from the moment you walk in our office to the day you finish treatment. Donna is our resident Met fan. She is a true water lover and is passionate about deep sea fishing, boating, and swimming.
Elizabeth has been a dental assistant with us since 2002. She has enjoyed working in the dental field since the age of 14, and really likes working with children. Elizabeth loves spending time with her son Romeo, and she also has a weakness for shopping.
Elvie graduated from Monroe Community College for dental hygiene in 1999 and joined our team in 2007. A native of Rochester, NY, Elvie moved to Long Island in 2007 and married her husband Daniel. The two welcomed their son Hansen in 2008 and their daughter Ivana in 2010. Elvie loves shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
Whenever you come to the office, you can be guaranteed to see Jeans smiling face. She has been an administrative secretary at the office since 1984 and takes great pride in her work. In her free time, Jean, her husband Al, and her dog Kiwi love to go boating.
Jyllian joined our staff in 2013 after earning her dental assisting degree. She is extremely cheerful, wonderful with children, and even finds time to sing in between seeing patients! Jyllian loves to spend her free time with her family, and play tennis and volleyball, as well as sing karaoke.
Karina has been a part of our staff as a dental assistant since 2003. She enjoys working with children and making their experience happy and memorable. She enjoys traveling to many parts of the world.
Patty has been working for our team for more than 20 years. She handles all the correspondence between doctors and patients, as well as insurance and billing. Outside the office, Patty loves watching her boys play sports and spending time with her family.
