and spent two years volunteering at community dental clinics and working as a dental technician before starting dental school at the University of Minnesota. In 2019, he received his doctorate of dental surgery, and upon graduating dental school, he worked in northern Arizona for a year.
Dr. Springer is motivated to give you a healthy smile you are confident in! As an avid life-long learner, he has taken numerous continuing education opportunities that allow him to customize your care. He has experience with Invisalign (clear braces), providing tooth-colored fillings, crowns and bridges, dentures, root canals, extractions, night guards, and treating gum disease, to name a few. In addition to providing these services, Dr. Springer will foster a positive, judgment-free environment to maximize your comfort at each visit.
Dr. Springer is actively involved with various organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Saint Paul Dental District Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He hopes to improve access to quality dental care in our state.

I was very happy the fit me in. I had cracked a tooth. We're very nice and friendly even if I have to have the tooth pulled later. Dentist said he would try to save the tooth if he could, I really appreciate them very friendly like Dr Joyner was have been a patient for over 20 yesrs

I have been driving past several other Dentists since meeting with Dr. Joiner over 20 years ago. Dr. J. Is still around 2 days a week, but Dr. Springer has taken over and continued the wonderful care and experience. Look, no one likes going to the dentist. But for 20 years I have never regretted seeing them for anything.

Saw me short notice for an appointment to fix a chipped tooth. Dr Joiner and his staff were very friendly and super-efficient. I was very impressed with the care I received and will be making Dr. Joiner my new dentist. Update: I've been seeing Dr. Joiner for all of my dental needs for several years now. I am always impressed not only by their professionalism, but friendliness. And my latest trip, I was absolutely blown away by the technology. I cannot recommend them enough. They have earned my 5 star review.
