Our services range from basic dental care, like comprehensive dental exams and dental cleanings, to complex procedures like computer-guided dental implant placement. Our dental team has the experience and skills necessary to meet all your dental needs so that you can maintain exceptional oral health and a fantastic smile.

His interest in dentistry began at a young age. As a child, he required a lot of dental treatment but had a wonderful dentist, an experience that encouraged his interest in the biological and medical world. In his youth, he also had a strong affinity for art and worked on a portfolio of art pieces throughout high school, hoping to pursue art and design in college. The week before starting his college journey, he had a realization: dentistry was the perfect synthesis of his medical interest and artistic abilities.

After changing his major, Dr. Constantine never looked back. He earned a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University before graduating from dental school at the University of Maryland. He also completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Christian Care Hospital.

Dr. Constantine also appreciates the rapid pace of technology innovations in dentistry and loves incorporating new technologies into his practice to improve treatment outcomes and the patient experience.

When hes not helping patients at Osler Dental Professionals, he loves spending time with his wonderful wife Heather, their children Charlotte and Max, and the familys Beagle mix named Daisy. He also still creates art outside the dental office, finding the most enjoyment in drawing and sculpting.

As a third-generation dentist, Dr. Libby has a long-standing relationship with the Baltimore area. Dr. Lewis S. Libby was born in Baltimore and attended Loyola College in Baltimore before graduating from dental school at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Libby served in the U.S. Navy active and reserve for 32 years and learned a lot as a commanding officer. He also served as the Pacific Fleet Dental Officer, a role in which he was responsible for planning humanitarian operations around the world.

He began practicing dentistry in Baltimore after serving as a dental officer in the Navy. He started practicing in Baltimore in 1978 and has practiced dentistry for over 40 years now. Many Baltimore-area families have entrusted their dental care to him for multiple generations.

He also played a major role in establishing a dental clinic in Haiti within the Bon Samaritan school in the city of St. Marc and traveled there regularly for ten years prior to the pandemic. In addition, hes volunteered at the Esperanza Center in Baltimore, a non-profit organization that offers a variety of services to immigrants.

His favorite part of dentistry is meeting new people and learning about their lives and concerns. Hes very gratified when he can relieve discomfort or help them enjoy the appearance of their smile. He also greatly appreciates the trust his patients place in him.

Verneal was born and raised in Williamsport, PA, home of the Little League World Series Baseball. Her hometown was also known as the lumber capital of the world in the late 1800s. At that time, it had the most millionaires per capita than anywhere else in the U.S. Many of the mansions are still standing and are located along the town's main street, called Millionaires' Row.

Verneal attended Williamsport Area High School and graduated in 1989. The Osler Dental Professional's office manager was a two-time State Track Champion (1986 and 1987) and a soloist in the Marching Millionaires band the year they won the East Coast Championships. After high school, Verneal attended a local community college for about a year and then enlisted in the United States Air Force.

She attended the Air Force Dental Assisting School at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, TX and graduated in the top 5 in her class. Her favorite part of a patient's visit is engaging with them to help them understand the value of what the dental team does and the benefits of a healthy smile. It's rewarding to Verneal when patients feel comfortable in the dental office and when they choose Osler Dental Professionals as their dental home. Many patients have been with the practice for 40+ years!

When she's not helping patients,Verneal loves spending time with her daughter, husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys doing DIY home projects, home organizing, and watching and attending sports events. She's also a huge fan of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul!

Sue started out as an assistant to Dr. Libby in 1991, and she has been with the practice ever since. In 2001, she had the opportunity to manage the office but decided to work only part-time recently. She was thrilled when Dr. Constantine allowed her to continue supporting the front desk in a part-time capacity.

She has known many of her patients for 20-30 years. Many of them are fourth-generation patients at Osler Dental Professionals. She feels like they're a part of her extended family, and she enjoys catching up on patients' lives when they visit.

Nora was all set to pursue a career in special education at Radford College after high school but needed a summer job. She was presented an opportunity as a Girl Friday/Assistant at a dental office in Bethesda, MD. Over the summer, she found herself enjoying the dentistry side of the job but not the desk work. Therefore, she put off college and found another job strictly as a dental assistant, which Nora loved. That office also employed dental hygienists, which Nora never knew existed. One of the hygienists at the office helped and encouraged her to pursue a career in dental hygiene, and she still loves her profession many, many years later.

She began with the original practice owner, Dr. Libby, when she moved to Baltimore from the Gaithersburg area 39 years ago. She worked part-time with Dr. Libby for a few years. After having her fourth child, she stayed at home for obvious reasons but later worked at other specialty practices in the area. She finally returned back home to this practice and in a full-time capacity 18 years ago. For the past eight years, she has watched Dr. Constantine grow and enhance the technology in the practice in so many positive ways. She's proud to be a part of his team.

Sharon was born and raised in Baltimore, and she received her dental hygiene license in 1982. She attended the Community College of Baltimore and Towson State University. Her duties include taking dental x-rays, performing dental cleanings, monitoring and treating gum disease, and patient education. Her favorite part of her job is seeing patients who are enthusiastic about improving their dental care.

As a dental assistant, Angela assists the doctor with procedures, x-rays, setting up and cleaning, taking impressions, and helping out the front desk during down times. She attended Medix School and has been with the practice since 2003. Her favorite part of the job is getting to her patients.

I've been a patient since I was a child and highly recommend both Dr. Libby and Dr. Constantine. They truly care - not only for your teeth, but for your well-being. Once, Dr. Libby kindly rearranged his schedule last-minute so I could have an earlier dental appointment and be able to attend a friend's funeral. The front office staff are friendly and accommodating. As a long-time patient, everyone knows my name (and how to pronounce it correctly!) and they care about how I'm doing. Dr. Constantine is extremely gentle, which is wonderful for patients who may be nervous about going to the dentist. They always take the time to explain any treatments or procedures you may need and answer your questions. I always feel respected and cared for. This is an excellent practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My family of 5, as well as a parent and a close personal friend have been long time customers of Dr Libby/Constantine and team. Both of the doctors as well as the staff have always been nice. A few years ago I received a letter stating that Dr Libby was not longer going to be accepting our Dental provider in network. We have had the same Dental Insurance for nearly 20 years and I can assure you it is a premium plan and provider. The letter said, in so many words, that our provider was limiting how much they can charge so they were no longer going to accept them. Everyone knows this is a very expensive dental office, but I never noticed because our insurance always paid most of it. But once they stopped accepting our insurance I was told I would receive the amount in the mail that our insurance approved for each procedure. This is when I realized just how expensive this office is. I would go for a filling, and I would receive a check for $90 and the office would charge us $250, X-rays received $90, billed $250, etc. Next thing you know I had a balance of $ 800 and my insurance only sent me 2 checks for a total of $190. I feel bad but it's the principal.

Dr. Constantine was informative and knowledgeable about dental implants. Additionally, he took the time to clearly explain the problems with my tooth. Dr. Constantine was honest in letting me know his limitations and referred me to specialist . Staff was polite and patient.

Dr. Constantine is a very caring, gentle, and thorough dentist. While I've only been his patient for about six months, he has seen me through a couple of problems (including a cracked tooth) and I'm happy to have found him when we moved back to Baltimore. His staff is also excellent. I highly recommend Dr Constantine without reservations.

I transferred my dental care to this practice about a year ago based on a family member's referral and I'm very glad I did! They are both modern and classic in their delivery of professional dentistry. All the latest technology and advanced training one likes to see delivered in the manner of a family dentist of old. I have since referred others and highly recommend both doctors and their team! (They are also following strict safety protocols during the pandemic which made me very comfortable going in for a routine cleaning recently.)

Our whole family has been going to this practice for over 30 years. My children and now grandchildren all go regularly for cleaning and to care for whatever crops up. They are conservative in providing care options (i.e. don't just try to sell you something). They are great in caring for my mother who has dementia and for grandkids to build comfort from their first tooth. My children and their children have no cavities and great smiles. My husband and I have healthy teeth and gums for a lifetime. They are up to date with the latest techniques and are fantastic with care. I can call anytime and they follow up after every procedure. I cannot say enough about the friendly, patient, helpful practice. This is the practice for your lifetime of dental care.
