Its no secret Dr. John Oshetski loves doing what he does. The youngest of four children and the son of a dentist, he is a lifelong student in orthodontics, and enjoys incorporating what he learns into our practice. Everything Dr. Oshetski does is centered on providing the highest quality treatment for our patients and making sure they have a happy, positive orthodontic experience along the way.

A native of Albany, NY, Dr. Oshetski received his Bachelors degree from the University of Buffalo, graduating cum laude, before moving across the country to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco, where he graduated at the top of his class. Following dental school, Dr. Oshetski completed an additional two years at the dental school dedicated exclusively to orthodontics, for which he received a Master of Science in Dentistry degree.
Dr. Oshetskikeeps a very active life when hes not perfecting smiles at the office. This includes snow skiing, mountain biking, water skiing, and working on various projects around his home. He also really appreciates any time he gets to spend with his wife, Christina, and two children, Max and Maya. As part of his commitment to giving back to our community, Dr. Oshetski supports many of the local school sports programs, the 4-H Youth Development Organization, the Future Farmers of America, and many animal rescue groups.
Lori has been working with Dr. Oshetski since 2002! As ourtreatment coordinator Lori enjoys meeting with new patients, providing them with education about the orthodontic process, and making them feel welcome and comfortable. She especially loves helping patients rediscover their smiles and being a part of their journey.
Corine is one of Dr. O's first employees and hasbeen with himsince 2002! As one of his first employees Corine loves seeing the transformations of our patients smiles while working with patients andassisting in every step of their treatment.
Working with Oshetski Orthodonticssince 2005, Melody assists Dr. O in providing excellent care to achieve beautiful smiles for our patients.She enjoysgetting to know the families and celebrating when treatment is complete. She lovesDr. Os chairside manner; he explains treatments to his patients really well.
Working with Dr. O since 2007, one of the best parts of herday is getting to meet people and watch their progress through orthodontics. She believesDr. O makes working with him an energetic and fun work life. Cynthia enjoys greeting patients, scheduling new patient exams, verifying insurance, and helping in the back office when needed.
Cynthia is married with three children and four grandchildren.Cynthia and her husband love to travel, especially to beach destinations, and go on cruises. At home, she enjoys gardening.She has gone to Disneyland well over 100 times!!!
Marcella has been with Oshetski Orthodontics since 2012! Her duties include patient care, creating beautiful smiles, and isalso our office Spanish translator!But her favorite part of the job isbeing part of changing someones smile and seeing the final results. She also loves Dr. O'sfun, crazy sense of humor, and his singing!
Kristen started working with Dr. O in 2014 as a scheduling coordinator. She now works behind the scenes assisting Dr. O with implementing new ideas and researching the latest technology. She loves supporting the office with various tasks and helping Dr. O bring his ideas to life.
Angelica started with our office in2020, andhas worked in the dental field for 20 years! Angelica guides our patients through every step of their orthodontic journey. Sheloves the hands-on aspect of orthodontics. What she does for patients during visits leads to beautiful smiles, and she enjoys building relationships along the way.
When our teeth are straight and healthy, we feel comfortable with our appearance, and that increases our self-esteem. In turn, we are more at ease when interacting with others and our confidence is obvious in every wonderful smile we choose to share.

Great orthodontics office, the staff is professional, courteous, and friendly and always on time. Dr. Oshetski is very personable and informative, he explained very well my treatment plan and provided great quality customer service and care. I highly recommend Oshetski Orthodontics!

I previously had orthodontic treatment with another orthodontist in conjunction with having orthognathic surgery and was not happy with the results. In preparation for my second orthognathic surgery, I switched to Dr. Oshetski. He and his team are the best. Everyone from the front desk staff to his hygienist are super friendly and professional. Dr. Oshetski is very knowledgeable, and he worked well along side my surgeon at UCSF. My teeth and bite are finally perfect. I appreciate that he allowed me to switch to Invisalign from traditional braces within 5 months of having double jaw surgery. It made the last phase of my treatment process easy and comfortable.

I have experience with long-term treatment at two separate orthodontic offices (one in Stockton and one in Elk Grove) prior to finding Dr. Oshetski and can tell you he and his staff are the most competent and detail-oriented care team I have ever had the privilege to be seen by. Care is absolutely outstanding and they get you in within 24 hours (usually sooner) if anything doesn't feel or seem quite right. We have also just walked in and they have seen us to make a quick adjustment here or there without making us feel like they were too busy. I have never waited more than 2 minutes to be called back-they are prompt and get you in and out. Early and late appointments available. The prices are fair and Dr. O's team works hard to limit the amount of finances out of pocket by maintaining a thoughtful and precise care plan tailored for every patient. All staff are friendly and courteous. Highly recommend for children and adults. 5 stars plus!

The best orthodontic professional I have ever met. Both my children went to him, and I found him to be very honest and caring about the ultimate outcome with regard to beautiful smiles he created for them! The staff is also amazing and beyond helpful when it comes to assistance. If you want a perfect smile, Dr. Oshetski is the ideal orthodontist for your dental needs.

I loved my Invisalign experience with Dr Oshetski and staff!! Every visit was thorough with lots of positive energy in the office. Dr Oshetski perfected my smile and I highly reccomend this office.

Amazing care from an amazing team, who always went the extra miles for their patients. I always had problems with my teeth alignments before my first appointment here years ago, but Dr. O and his team worked their magic and fixed me real good. In addition, since my issue required surgical route, they even helped me with the administrative process and made the process a lot easier for me to tackle and understand. It was a long journey, but the result was nothing short of life-changing. Thank you, Dr. Oshetski & team!

Oshetski orthodontics will exceed your expectations. Straightening your teeth and boosting your confidence is just one of the many core values of this practice. Every single staff member makes an effort to have every patient feel comfortable, relaxed, and seen. I first got braces when I was a shy 12 year old(2012), but Dr. O broke that barrier for me. Which was hard for someone to do at the time. He has ALWAYS made me feel like I've known him all my life. He has a personality that's hard to not like. Definitely would blow up on TikTok if he had one! My mom loves him, my dad loved him, and my grandparents still remember him! Flash forwarding to 2022, I wanted to do a little tune up for my teeth, so I decided to come back. We basically picked up right where we left off. I love how everyone who helped me all those years ago are still working there(along with some new friendly faces). It really show's how well Dr.O treats his employees. Thank you Oshetski Orthodontics!

All three of my kids as well as myself had treatment with Dr Oshetski and his wonderful staff. I'm so grateful he was located near me in Placer County at the time; however, he is worth the drive down to Elk Grove!! He is gentle, funny, and highly experienced. Couldn't recommend him more!
