I'm really surprised that Dr. Orton does not have more reviews! I was referred to Dr. Orton by a well-received oral surgeon. Dr. Orton is a very nice and skilled endodontist. He takes time to treat his patients and address questions patiently. His office is very nice and clean. His assistants are all polite. I heard lots of bad experience with root canals before I did it myself with Dr. Orton, including one from my husband! I was amazed that did not feel any pain my root canal with Dr. Orton and I did not need any pain medication. I could eat a salad 3 hours (even my mouth was still kind of numb) after my root canal. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Orton if you need a root canal.

Never look forward to a root canal, but always thankful Dr. Orton is performing it. He makes your visit as comfortable as possible. Explaining as he goes, he is the best!

About as painless as a root canal can possibly be. I never took any painkillers afterwards. They used several techniques in my mouth, such as a dam and a kind of shim in my teeth to hold them open, that actually made the experience relatively relaxing.

Highly recommend Dr. Orton and his staff. As a dental professional myself, I was extremely pleased with his work, his kindness, and his professionalism. I will continue to refer my family here! He took wonderful care of us and gave us a pain free and a stress free visit!

I just got a root canal from Dr. Orton, from when I entered his practice I felt totally comfortable. He knew exactly what he was doing and you could sense his professionalism and confidence. The whole treatment took under 45 minutes. He prescribed me pain killers which I didn't even need. I had no pain during the root canal treatment and almost no pain afterwards. I highly recommend him as a specialist endodontist. Thank-you Dr. Orton and your office for a job well done!!

If you need to see an endodontist, you should see Dr. Orton. I've had a few root canals performed and the 2 times I went here, it was a good experience. If you're worried about pain, don't. I didn't feel any. I would highly recommend Dr. Orton to anyone.

I survived! He was kind and didn't make me feel bad for my severe anxiety and need to sit up every so often.

I was recently in need of a root canal and was given two suggestions by my dentist. Dr. Orton was one of the specialists recommended to me by my dentist. I was impressed by how Dr. Orton was sure to make sure I understood the whole process before starting and once he explained everything, I was set up to watch a TV in the ceiling of the office which made the time in the chair go by quickly. If anyone I know is in need of a root canal, I will definitely suggest going to see Dr. Orton.

Fantastic Experience - VERY Highly Recommend a Visit to Dr. Orton! I have had three root canal procedures performed by Dr. Orton now; and each time he has made the experience more than pleasant. I rarely ever leave reviews online - however - given Dr. Orton's kindness, his natural ability to put you at ease, his professionalism & obvious care for his patients' well-being, would be remiss to not provide my feedback. I have feared the dentist my entire life - needless to say - I was a little more than reluctant & anxious about going in for my first root canal procedure with Dr. Orton. During my first visit, I was almost immediately put at ease & began to feel comfortable thanks to Dr. Orton's natural friendliness & understanding of patients' fears or anxieties. I say natural because, nothing is forced - Dr. Orton is genuinely a great guy & I'm extremely happy I was referred to his office for my root canal procedures. During your visit, Dr. Orton takes great care to explain everything to you regarding the procedure, ensuring you are comfortable with the treatment plan before beginning - and perhaps most importantly - making the procedure itself completely painless. Today I had my third root canal procedure with Dr. Orton. Having been through it before, I already knew I was comfortable enough to forego the "laughing gas" - which is something I requested during my first visit to help with my anxiety & fear of the procedure. No need with Dr. Orton! During my root canal today, for example, they let me pick a channel to watch on the TV & gave me headphones to listen to music or the TV, my choice. I am a 26yr old male, so I enjoyed SportsCenter while listening to my favorite music from my cell phone - the procedure was painless, stress-free & over before I knew it! I honestly could not be happier with Dr. Orton and his team. (Side note - they have plenty of other channels to choose from - and music as well for those who don't have an mp3 player readily available in their pocket) I could go on & on with praise for Dr. Orton & his practice. From the moment you walk in the front door to the moment you leave, you will be in for as pleasant of an experience as root canal can possibly be. I have recommended Dr. Orton to all of my friends & absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of an endodontic procedure - you won't regret choosing Dr. Orton, I promise. Lastly, I also want to express that my feedback extends to everyone who works in Dr. Orton's office, the entire team is tremendously friendly, caring & professional. Very, very highly recommended! Thank you Dr. Orton!

This was the most comfortable experience I have had seeing a dentist. I absolutely hate going but Dr. Orton was so nice and helpful. He told me what he was doing and let me know what ALL of the options were for my treatment. He also has a beautiful office where I got watch TV during my root canal. I was grateful for the distraction.

I originally wrote a bad review about this place. This week I received a call from the dentist himself. He saw my review and asked me what he could do to make me feel better about my visit from 8 months ago. He also had me come back into the office with my son and he did follow up x-rays free of charge. My second visit to this office was a pleasant experience for me and for my 10 year old son. As far as the first visit....well the root canal my son had from a broken front tooth was not a scary experience for him at all. The only problem I had was with front desk but it looks as if the problem was taken care of.
