I didn't see Dr. Fang yesterday, I made an appointment on the 25th, 2:30. This happened twice, (one of them was Dr. Ma), I saw her at the dental clinic, when I made an appointment she asked me who I wanted to see, and my answer was Dr. Fang. Just go to the doctor. Finally got on the phone with your front desk staff (Chinese phone staff) and was forcibly robbed by your dentist. (When I saw the doctor at Covld-19, I saw she put new braces on me, no gloves, super disgusting), I told Dr. Ma at the time. She said we speak very loudly and you can ask the front desk. loud? We are just communicating normally, is she getting revenge? Is this the way your company does things? very rude. I just want to solve the problem, not make it big, no one supports her, Sindy, a dental assistant, will grab my landline, she's just a dental assistant, (should do her own job) when it's her turn to grab my phone. Dr. Ma told me to go to Milpitas, I live nearby, why should I go far, she doesn't go to Milpitas herself, I don't go to Milpitas, I can't see the doctor twice in Sunnyvale. You told me yourself that you don't work in Sunnyvale, I saw you in the clinic with my own eyes, and I only see a doctor every 4 months, is that normal (once a month in other places). It was made up on the 25th Hook, fell off on the 27th, (repaired by the trainee dental assistant) I am really busy, busy to make up the hook. Explain, I have never met Dr. Fang, this is the first time to make an appointment with Dr. Fang, and this matter has nothing to do with Dr. Fang.

I am finishing my Invisalign treatment at Orthoworks. Dr. Erin Ma has been amazing! She is thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am ecstatic about the results and appreciate how detailed Dr. Erin Ma was. She really takes the time to explain the process and makes sure we are getting the expected results. Great experience overall and really happy with the results!

My Invisalign treatment has been fantastic. I knew from the beginning that I picked the right place when Dr. Erin Ma took the time to understand my case and lay out the best treatment plan with such care. I've been in the office and have been taken care of by Shandy who is super professional and attentive. Dr. Ma has been wonderful and provided clear guidance on how best to move forward. I have no doubt you will also be in good hands. The front desk staff have been great in handling appointments and working with my busy schedule.

I went to Orthoworks to start my first invisalign treatment. Shandy, Emily and Thy has been extremely helpful helping me schedule appointments, scanning my teeth and providing me with instructional advice on how to keep them in shape to prepare for the alignment treatment I will soon start. Good work!

Orthoworks is extremely well run and all the Doctors and staff are very kind and understanding to all the patients. I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Shen and Dr. Ma for their care and hospitality. They make the process at every appointment quick and easy. As a patient, I'm going through the process of braces. At first, I was a little scared, but through this whole journey, it was very painless and fast under their care.

I started my invisalign case a couple or years ago and now its done. I am really satisfied with the outcome. All the staff there are also very friendly and professional. I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Shen for his care and hospitality.

Dr Ma is amazing- she went above and beyond to make sure my teeth were absolutely perfect! Now that my mask is coming off, I'm getting all kinds of compliments on my perfect smile! Thanks Dr Ma!

Dr. Shen has so much experience and knowledge to help. I have consulted at other providers and compared experience of friends being treated by other providers - Dr. Shen is simply the best. I'm extremely happy with the result and the whole service experience. And my friends treated by Dr. Shen all agree with this.
