The staff has always been helpful ever since the beginning. Gracie in the front office is wonderful. I recommend this place, and my kids teeth look great :)

This is the worst place I've ever been. The front desk stuff is very rude and unprofessional. We were late for an appointment and had to reschedule, the appointment she gave me was 7 weeks after. When I asked her if my son could wait for that long, her answer was "of course he cannot wait for that long...". One time I called the office to reschedule our appointment, her did almost same thing. I asked if I could talk with her manager, I was told she was the manager...

Orthoworks at Hercules have a nice place and have a nice people. The staff is great although the working pace is slow. It's hard to make an appointment at this location for they don't have consistent working hours. My treatment took more than 2 months before it started.

I'm almost done with my treatment and I'm truly grateful for the service over the last two years. I have high expectations every time I come and see progress. I'm almost at the end of my overall treatment and so far I'm happy in this journey. Couldn't have ask for a better orthodontist place. I would recommend Orthoworks to everyone.
