More than three years, with two pregnancy, I just finished my journey of Invisalign. Dr. Chung is very caring and professional. The whole staff team is also very friendly. And I am very happy about the final result. High recommend to everyone!

I was so disappointed and I had never been such an unpleasant place. When I visited due to the retainer issue, they offered me 2 option. After a long struggle, I decided to fix the existing retainer rather than the way they preferred . Even though my insurance covered fully for the "invisaline", I didn't want to change my ways. Then they told me to go to a general dentist and refused to cure it. If they were going to show this attitude, I don't know why they made me waste my time and check-up expenses in the first place. I've never been treated like this anywhere and it's really the worst experience. I would never recommend Orthomom around me.

Dr. Chung always does amazing job. My friends and their children treated by her and satisfied results. I recommend Orthomom strongly if you need align your teeth. And like Orthomom's new office. It looks like one in Gangnam.

Just finished my treatment and it's been a wonderful experience. Dr Chung and her team were always caring, professional and knowledgeable, ready to address whatever concerns I've got. They were also nice enough to squeeze me in for last minute appointments when accidents happened. To anyone looking for a orthodontist, this is your place!

Dr. Chung always does amazing job. My friends and their children treated by her and satisfied results. I recommend Orthomom strongly if you need align your teeth. And like Orthomom's new office. It looks like one in Gangnam.

The treatment was ok, but the front desk person (the old Korean lady) was extremely rude and unprofessional, so 2 stars overrall. I suggest that she should learn some basic social manner to perform her duties better.

I've been looking for an orthodontist for my son and visited quite a few offices before deciding to go with Dr. Chung's office. I picked her office for many good reasons but ultimately when I found out that my dentist was taking his child to Dr. Chung for orthodontic treatment. It has been about a year into treatment and I am very satisfied. I am amazed at how well Dr. Chung explains the treatment progress and keeps me posted with my son's orthodontic treatment. She even responded when I wanted to bring my son in on this weekend for a loose expander! She came to see my son on a Sunday afternoon!!!! To anybody who is looking for an orthodontist, Orthomom simply rocks!!!

I am very sorry to leave 1 star, but the staff at Orthomom has been very dishonest in quoting me two times, with a price of close to $10,000 for 24 months of braces. I been at their studio several times and followed up with other specialists visit, only to find out that they changed the price in fine prints on the last minute. Very dishonest. P.s. I have screenshots of all the quotes, but I need to check if can be published here for privacy reasons.

The orthodontist is nice and answers all the I have. The front desk is nice too.
