This office is the best Orthodontist in the city of Philadelphia. Dr Gimmi has been in my family over 22years. Starting with my oldest Son now me as an adult. The Staff wow I can't say enough about them. Sweet, Personable Honest and family oriented. I just can't say enough about Dr. Gimmi Dr. Pale and Dr. Middleberg .Simple the best.

I've been with Dr. Middleberg for the 10+ years and have never had a bad experience. Him and his team know what they are doing and treat you like family every time you are there for an appointment. I even moved to Florida and still kept him as my orthodontist because I trust his work that much. I flew up every time I needed an adjustment with my Invisalign and retainers and they made sure I got everything I needed each time and are very flexible in working with me over the phone. Couldn't have asked for a better orthodontic practice!

NorthEast Location: Since the 1st day I walked in for a consultation to currently a patient treating a little over a year 10/10. The front desk always answers the phone, has the greatest energy, very professional, communicates well, super sweet and understanding. Dental staff always pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable & informative. Dr. Middleburg is the best at treatment plans EVER, will definitely make you laugh, smile & ensure your teeth are treated w/ care. From 2014 to 2017 I underwent Invisalign with Harold Middleberg, and it has quite literally ruined my life. As a result of the treatment, I developed a posterior open bite, grinding, clenching, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. I've since had to complete a revision treatment with traditional braces, and have been in and out of TMD specialists' offices for years, to no avail. For the rest of my life I can no longer sleep on my stomach and I must wear a night guard, which doesn't even stop the damage. The condition is painful and degenerative. Bad medical outcome aside, I'd like to note how Middleberg was particularly negligent in handling my case. He brushed off my concerns during my treatment time. Then in 2019, I visited his office pleading for help. I'll never forget sitting in his patient chair crying, while he and a staff member looked down at me with absolute cold-hearted disdain. Instead of acknowledging the problem or attempting to help, Middleberg denied any association and declared my claims 'accusatory,' as if somehow voicing the reality of what happened is a crime.
