Dr. Gemmi is the current President, and Dr. Middleberg is a member of the board of the Greater Philadelphia Society of Orthodontists. Great practice, professional and friendly staff. I was a pretty severe case, and the way they transformed my smile is incredible. My only regret is not coming her sooner in life! Highly recommend and I will be referring my daughter here as well.

Everyone at this practice is so professional, helpful and nice. I am starting my journey with Invisalign at 66, and am receiving lots of encouragement and support. The office is beautiful. I would recommend Dr. Middleberg and his colleagues and staff to all.

As a 33 yr old with a significant underbite, I was pretty sure I would need the jaw-crack surgery. I went to Dr Gemmi who was optimistic and told me that with Invisalign and rubber bands, I'd be able to get my old smile back. After 2 years of Invisalign, my underbite is now completely gone and I have a smile that I haven't seen since 2002. I highly recommend this practice especially to older patients who are avoiding orthodontic treatment because they think it's not worth it.

This office has the friendliest staff ever. I had Invisalign treatment and my teeth turned out amazing. The staff was also extremely efficient and had me in and out quickly with a very short waiting time. Dr.Gemmi was my doctor and he is so friendly I don't think he has a mean bone in his body! I also experienced the other two doctors a few times as well and they have the exact same positivity as Dr.Gemmi! I highly recommend treatment here for the efficiency and the nicest and friendliest experiences.

I can not say enough good things about Orthondontics limited,pC. Dr. Gemmi and his office staff are always, friendly and professional. Their office is always clean. We love Dr. Gemmi and his office! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Gemmi has the best bedside manner and is just amazing with the kids. Not to mention... he's amazing at what he does! My time visiting Orthodontics Limited has been a pleasure. I'm always greeted with smiles and the best customer service. The process is usually always pretty quick and easy.
